Topic: Strange beautiful dream

I've had this dream many many years ago, and lately it came back to my mind and I keep thinking about it and feeling the feelings from the dream. I am standing in some sort of a round room or space, its dark around the room as there are no lights anywhere and it is surrounded by curtains from top to bottom, they are soft and hang in folds like theater curtain, I cant tell the color, or if there is a color, maybe they are translucent and there is nothing beyond them. The room feels warm, I can smell warmth if that makes sense.
In the center of the room there is a large tunnel of luminous white light, starting from the 'floor' going to the top,and the top fades away . There are people standing around the light in a circle, I can't see their faces but I sense that they are familiar, and it feels very safe. They are present for me. I step into the tunnel of light, I feel everyone is proud and happy for me and appreciative. Then another person steps into the tunnel of light, this person is much bigger, taller than me, I can't see his face, but I feel it as if I see it. Its hard to explain. 'He'puts his huge arms around me, and I feel familiar,warm,safe, at peace, I feel this is a very important moment, like a promise or pledge. and then I wake up. Has anyone come across a similar dream before?
Im not sure if it matters but for next 9 years I'm moving towards my 4th pinnacle which is 11. IP: Logged |

This is indeed a very beautiful, special dream. I haven't come across such a dream before. It may relate to your existance as a soul with your family of souls, just when you made the first steps coming back here. The person who came with you to the tunnel might be someone who promises to be there for you in this life. You may know him or naybe you haven't met him yet.IP: Logged |

I was thinking exactly something along the lines of a soul contract like you've mentioned, just that I felt it was me who was making a pledge bc I came to this life 'equipped' with a very appropriate natal chart...now Im thinking that perhaps you're right, it could be me who needs that person..well, time will tell;-)

I had a similar dream. A beautiful white “nothing”. I was in the middle of a column that was plain white fire. I felt happy and free.
Please read it as an opinion:
This dream indicates a trans formative/healing(=white) aspect of the soul as an individual in a group(=people) with regards to protection(=man,arms).

Hello Novabronte  Very cool dream.  This is a numinous dream. It is a purer expression of unconscious material, unclouded by extraneous symbology. The imagery is often pretty simple, but it's energy is always very "big". This kind of dream is all about the experience of it, the feeling, and therefore doesn't really need an interpretation, if one is even possible. The experience and feeling is the interpretation, the meaning. It speaks to your soul, not your mind. A numinous dream reminds you that there is "more", that you are a part of something "more", and it changes, molds, and/or reinforces your perceptions in some fundamental way.
