Hi All

Woke up from a dream. I was by the river side watching seals and their baby seals swimming in the dark navy water and I was throwing bread to them. Suddendly one of the seals got frightened and her little baby seal struggled to get out of the water so I helped them. Suddenly a dark shadow passed in the water - a massive whale but this was of a threatening nature to the seals. The colours of the dream were white, navy and grey.

I used to love seals as a a child so I wonder if this linked to that? Saving babies, taking care?

My feel about this is:

Water is a creative element and symbolises the feminine imagination and intuition. You are feeding your imagination a lot, you spend a lot of time dreaming and envisioning, but perhaps forget to implement practical and material action. The whale is a reminder not to become too lost in your imagination but to live in the ‘real world’.

As far as your fantasy world goes: You probably prefer 'swimming in it' but every now and then you need to come out on land.....

Please read it as an opinion:
I like most about whales is that they are the world's memory and the keepers of time. I tend to say that it was an Orca. This wale in dream can be interpreted as something that awakens within the dreamer and tries to remember of the spiritual origin. If a seal appears in a dream, it indicates feelings of melancholy, wanderlust and repressed longing. A seal in the dream brings feelings from the depths of the subconscious to the surface and face the soul of the dreamer with deep-seated fears or unfinished things.
This dream indicates to work on(=feed with bread, wale) on unfinished things(=seal) and a new beginning(=help baby).

Hello Sparkling

I like what GeminiKarat says about the seals.

I think the dream is about rescuing those parts of self, or those energies represented by the seals, from whatever is lurking beneath the surface of your consciousness (whale).

Are you working on something (feed seals) that could be threatened by "subversive" energies, in either your inner or outer life?

Hello All

Thank you so much for your thoughts. I am going through major turning point in my life - trying to figure out whether to move country, my other half is also in another country and I feel my time in the country I have grown up is coming to an end....

I am under financial strain but feel the need to make a change.

Depends which location are you thinking of and what kind of job/profession are you in.
Sydney will be most expensive to live as estate/rental market is crazy.
Melbourne is prob about 20% cheaper.
Perth , Adelaide et al will be less.
Tasmania has european climate, most pleasant.

If you want approx costs then go to Coles.com.au and do a quick shopping test to see how much you would spend on groceries, they have organic section as well.
Everything else like cosmetics is more or less same as everywhere else.

Salary calculator where you can see what you can earn in hand is at ATO website, just google salary calculator ATO Australia

Transport cost depends on where you live and if you use public or will have a car.

If you want specifics you need to describe in more details what you want to know.
