I still have this dream in my head I couldn't pin point.

I remember my mom lying in bed bottomless and she was saying how she was eating her own feces as a holistic way to be healthy and beautiful. (She's a firm believer of "miracle pills") I saw her vagina and it still disturbs me. I remember I scolded her for doing that and I "ran away" from home because I was a bit frightened (running away from something is a recurring theme in many of my dreams) Then I ran up a huge hill that was lush and green. It looked a lot like something from Dr. Seuss and there was little floating islands of green at too but I was too scared to hop on to one since my fear of heights but my mom was chasing me. I saw a woman who is one of my coworkers which is rumored to be a witch or work with them. (Santeras--no bueno) And she was happily jumping from island to island and I remember thinking to myself "this ***** isn't scared at all" and then I looked down and saw my mom and I woke up.

I see her more as my best friend than a mother, so no. I do not fear her at all.

Possibility: this co-worker makes you feel insecure and afraid, and perhaps she's "starting some **** " to make herself look good at your expense which your friends believe when they shouldn't, or at least go along with it so as to not get on this co-worker's bad side (at least you worry about that).

The entire theme of your dream seemed to be fear and discomfort which is part of why I think along these lines (but I feel I'm lacking too much context, and I suspect a witch in your dream means something very different from a witch in mine). Also, the mother is typically a sign of being taken care of (at least materially) which your job could now be (it's an authority and working there means you get to eat, so it's Mommy). And thinking of your mom as a good friend could then mean that she, in the dream, means your friends at this job, friends who might believe crap spread by a "witch." Or that someone with power over you in the job might pull something terrible that you're not ready for (this could just represent fear of such happening).

It could also represent some inner-strength or drive in yourself that you're ashamed of or are scared to pursue, the "witch within" for example.

Or maybe attraction to someone which is somehow producing anxiety.

In many cases feces in a dream can be seen as a symbols of money or as a symbol for the character.
