Think is today, i feel restless and afraid and i dont know why.

Is it I'm afraid I'd forget about this experience or that I'd be let astray or something else.

Any thoughts on what experience i had is appreciated.

Just because you are less consciously aware of your gains and experience doesn't mean they are forever loss. It's still in there. We grow in layers... up and out. Rhythms and cycles.

And, you'll get times of contrast where the "sense" of the experience might go missing. Then, it comes back. even stronger, because your 'capacity' was being worked on and expanded without your being conscious of what was going on?

Each time, you'll find that you've grown not just as a spiritual being, but as a regular earth person too. If you just grow spiritually, and don't work out your earth walk, then you're out of balance.

One feeds the other. ... And those kinds of oneness experiences grow deeper, broader, and you might feel the afterglow episode lasts long too.

Aurora_girl, I am not a spiritual teacher or guru, so if you know one of those, it would be a very good idea to have one to confide your experiences to, then let them guide you to the next step for you. They are spiritual experts in the design of consciousness. They can help you with body training exercises, and other ways to have a balanced experience.
If you have the money or connections, use them. It's better to have a coach. Less mistakes to correct later. (Hopefully the person you see will have the kind of expertise special to you.)

Watch your step around people who are too much into ego-trashing. It's okay to have some ego. And (my opinion) you shouldn't be required to feel like a walking wounded failure.

Having an ego is required to interface with the here and now. You need a sense of self to live life.

The ones who recommend ego-obliteration? could cause serious damage to your sense of esteem? You NEED to esteem and Value yourself. .... The reason I say this is I've watch that happen to some.

Sometimes you can go to those 'ego' obliteration teachers for a while, but if you begin to feel depression or even suicidal self hatred around them?, then it's time to pull back, take a break, integrate and relax with yourself.

Sometimes breakthroughs happen if you just relax... Other parts of your consciousness ARE working for you, whether you 'feel' it or not. There's always something going on. You already WANT to self-improve inside. Please, gently, don't worry.... You won't miss a thing.

By the way, I admire you for wanting to tackle all that. .... You will have other experiences.

Sometimes natal transits can predict those kinds of periods when awakenings are more likely to occur.

So, I hope the information I shared can be useful to you... (I don't know that much about you.)

Well here i am. Tonight i'm reviewing my experience and why that confusion is gone ,with it also the state i was in is temporarily unavailable as i (as you might perceived) been without ego in that state, without desires.. and to function in this world, i realized as you've have said all those months ago, i do need the ego.

Hence i've let my ego back in just enough that i can function in this world. But still at the same time retaining most of my experiences that day in late september.

I had a Dark night of the soul type of experience. (Still a little unsteady but a lot better and I had progress)

Suddenly I find myself into astrology which gave me a powerful tool to understand who I am (natal chart).I caught myself into a new whole world.

I started to be involved with meditation.
-Started to believe in spiritual connections between people.
-I was blessed for finding all the articles about DISSOLVING EGO.This was the TOP (awesome) It is incredible how our ego works.

I wish I could explain better but I'm very sleppy,It is 4:00AM here :]

TPLUTO brings Sun (sense of identity)to the underworld to sweep all the dirty under the rug.

A Year Later...

I'm strangely enough living the life i've always wanted,a 'normal 3d life' with good emotional support from my boyfriend.I'm content and i've been focusing mainly on the 3d aspect of life these past 4 months or so..

I've done a few 'channellings' ie connecting to higher selves(both mine and others) and my intuition has increased considerably in a year.
