I have already experienced the third times of vivid dreams since past year.

I have been told by someone that old spirits try to contact me but he said I should ignore it and believe in God.

I'm scared.

What exactly does it mean?

I can not understand and I always woke up scared if I had dreams. I don't understand what message they (the spirits) want me to know? Should I not ignore it or ignore it?

Why do you think old spirits try to contact you (besides what the man said)? Is there any special message conveyed in these dreams? Can you tell a little bit more about their content, besides them being vivid? Because that alone is no reason to fear. Can you share more?

No, I don't and never think about the spirit tried to contact me. One of my friend introduced me to his Spiritual Teacher. He said that the old spirit tried to contact me for some reasons. Actually, I don't believe it. But since the past year, my vivid dreams tend to become into the reality.

The first weird vivid dream that came into reality when I had a dream about my boss (the boss who sent me into troubles) who was transferred into another district area (I think she loss her position in main office), I didn't even think about her because I kind of hate her for being such an egoist and manipulative boss and sent me to the worst kind of situation (I didn't think about her because I tend to forget the existence of bad people in my life), days after I had someone told me exactly what my dream was, she had been transferred to the district area. In my dream, she looked sad and very sorry to what she did to me while she was transferred.

The second weird vivid dream that came into reality was when I dreamed about my neighbor. Again, I didn't even think about them or their life regularly because I kind of in a struggle with my life in this two years. In my dream, I opened my door and I looked at my neighbor's door that opened. I saw their home was empty and dark (I could see their living room) and I said to myself with a sad feeling, "why did they leave?". I told my boyfriend at the time about my weird dream that left me with a sad feeling and he said it was only a dream. Two weeks later, yes, they moved out, because when I opened my door, I saw their living room (home) was empty and dark, exactly like my dream. This time I was really scared and tried to find the meaning.

The third times was happened one week ago. In my dream I texted my ex boyfriend with a long text messages, but I barely remembered what was it about. Then I erased it because I was afraid that I talked too much and too honest that it would hurt his feelings. Days ago, I didn't know how it happened, I and my ex boyfriend started to text each other and the tension built up. I wrote a long text messages to him to explain the whole things, then suddenly, like a snap, I remembered I had done this before, yes, in my dream a week ago. I said to myself, "tf, I didn't care about the dream, it's so stupid to believe in my dream", then I sent him my long text.

Usually my dreams were non-vivid but there would be one clear clue to each dream. Most of the time I had found it was about a warning. But what warning, it is the mystery. I don't understand why should I have those dreams?

Someone might be praying for you. It could be a light dose of having visions. Was the dream in color?

Yes, the dream was in color.

The only dream that was in black and white color when I had a dream that I was in a graveyard. I called it a nightmare. Two days later I came to visit my sister and I told her I had a nightmare and she said what day and time I had it. I said, two days ago at around 2 or 3 am and she said she had the same dream but in her dream she saw me in the graveyard and she called me but I didn't hear her then she woke up and looked at the time it was around 2 or 3 am. So weird.

In the past I usually experienced de ja vu a lot, like I have been there before.

It seems to me your unseen powers are being activated at this time. It could well be a spiritual awakening of sorts. I would have believed in these dreams, were I in your place. I don't think you should be scared of them. You dream about the future.

My friend's Spiritual Teacher also told me that the old spirits (from my family ancestry) tried to transfer their power to me. But, what power? He didn't give me a clear answer. He only told me to ignore it, to not believe it, and I should surrender to God.

What power do you think it is?

I personally am really scared, because I don't want to deal with the other world or spirit world anymore. When I was in the first year of college, my eyes had been opened one time and I saw "some" and at 1 a.m I met an evil spirit. I had never experienced those emotions; he saw me like he wanted to rip my soul into pieces while at the same time I wanted to cry very hard because it was so BAD that I didn't know that [evil] feelings were exist! I felt like I wanted to give love, forgiveness, but I knew I couldn't because he was so powerful. I prayed to God while trying to tell them (I thought they would hear me) to go away because they did not belong in my world neither me to their world.

Those experience has opened my eyes to something deeper but I definitely don't want to experience it again.

Actually the dreams started when I was a kid, I told my Mom I had weird dreams, like it felt real and like I had been there before, but she said I should not believe it and ignore it. She said it came from evil spirit, so I had been trained to forget my dreams.

I started to develop awareness to my dreams when I read about deja vu, it was when I got to the college.

But since last year, my dreams have become more vivid and of course I'm scared it has something to do with something.

Am I too paranoid about it? Or is it normal to feel this way?
