Hi. This night i dreamt that i died multiple times in different ways. At first i went to some place and the sky was beautiful at night.

But then a storm happened and the sea was agitated and everyone who was there with me also died. It wasn't on a boat though, more like an island. I remember the antique decoration, everything was built, there wans't sand or trees. A random weird thing is that i didn't look like myself in some parts of the dream, it was like someone else's body because i had curly blonde hair but i'm not sure.
So i woke up the next day, i knew that i was going to die and tried to leave with a car and an accident happened. Then i tried to leave with a bike and someone driving a truck hits me. I tried to leave again just by walking and i left everything i bought there. It worked for a while then i took a plane and my mom and sister were there, i told them about dying a lot of times and that i needed a psychiatrist after this. But the airplane fell in the water and i woke up. Please don't quote.

Have you been through many emotional endings? Seperations, perhaps? Or maybe you've changed a lot as a person, going through personal transformations that shaped you to be who you are today? It seems each time you died, you were in a middle of a journey or a trip, long or short. Perhaps the time on the boat hints on a former life. It may be death is always catching you in this dream while you're on your way to some place, and it seems as if you never make it to your destination. Try and think on what you told your mother and sister, that you wanted to see a psychiatrist. What unresolved issue from the past is burdening on your psyche?

Hello Nyctea

Dying in a dream generally symbolizes change and/or transformation of some kind.

This dream suggests you are either resisting change, or there is some aspect of yourself that needs to change so that you can continue to progress. It could even be suggested it is an aspect of your persona that you do not fully recognize (didn’t look like myself).

I also like Ayelet’s question … Is there an unresolved issue that burdens your psyche? One that must “die”, change, or transform?
