I had a dream my boyfriend told me straight up that our relationship isn’t working out for him and that he’ll break up with me in 2 years.

Doesn’t really make sense to me. I’m curious to know what it could mean?

You know what?? .... Could be a red-flag message from your subconscious?

Check your chart-- 2 years from now, and consider what YOU want to do with this relationship.

If you want to stay in relationship, consider the possibility that you 'could' possibly be stranded in two years.

How do you want to Position yourself? (emotionally yes with loss? but more than that, CERTAINLY financially--- Would you be able to be financially free to leave and be safe?)

And... I'm not sure what part of astrology you are interested in right now?

COULD it be that you are merely 'practicing' relationship-astrology 'in your dreams' at night? and after you woke up, it 'dawned' on the fact that you may be feeling some insecurity and 'nervousness' about keeping your current relationship from failing?

Good to see you!

Hello Solar Leo Queen,
This dream may also talk about your fears. You may fear he doesn't love you enough, or that the relationship isn't stable enough. Perhaps you had some bad experience in the past and you fear the return of a negative pattern, or maybe you need proof that this relationship is strong.
It doesn't necessarily have to be a prophetic dream. It could plainly pinpoint to your insecurities about being loved eternally by your partner. Whether your boyfriend is someone who would stand up for you in all times, or your concern is justified, is up to you to know. It is natural, perhaps, to entertain fears, when you feel required to give your whole to someone, not being sure what would the next day bring. You might be afraid of heartache.

Well there's a couple of things right now going on in our charts, including transits and solar return.

I know that in 2 years time, I will have Uranus squaring Venus in my 2020 solar return chart. I don't think this is a good sign. Currently, my solar return venus is opposite saturn and then they make a square next SR year.

Also Saturn just entered both our 7th houses (same ascendant), as well as our composite 7th house. It hasn't been easy. I've been having a lot of anxiety about our relationship even though things are good on the surface.

Found your chart... been sitting with it for the past day.

Of all that has been going on, and specifically to your post, if I can sorta 'isolate' one thing-- then I'd say pay attention to working with any of the effects from tSaturn opposite your Moon Cancer.

Do you have the Planets in Transit book by Robert Hand?
(p. 333)

I notice that you are a younger adult.

Is he showing that he wants something more serious with you?

Same age?
How about compatibility between his belief system and yours?

Are your personal interests beginning to shift a bit?

Have you mentioned the dream?
How would he react?

Are you in college now?
What are you studying?
Any job/career prospects?
Would they conflict with his, 2 years from now?

You'd be ready to graduate around that time, yes?

{I wonder if this dream, and your looking at transits, is made to help you wipe the slate and drop what you outgrow from your former years, preparing for what you want in your future?}

Of course! I completely forgot the Saturn transit to my Moon. But that also means Saturn is conjunct his Moon currently. Might I also add, we have a Saturn-heavy relationship. His Saturn squares my Moon natally, my Saturn sextiles his Venus. We have Saturn/Moon conjunction in our composite, touching a grand kite.

He is serious with me. I have met his family, he’s met mine. We’ve planned how we’re gonna both go to school and support each other until we’re both done. I think that’s pretty serious. If you mean like marriage, we both don’t wanna settle down unless we’re super sure about the person.

He’s only a year and 3 days older than me. We pretty much agree on most things, some we have opposite views but nothing too far. Our interests have always been different but complementary. It still is. Right now he’s in the advertising/photography field and I’m in the beauty industry.

When I did mention the dream, he laughed and assured me it was all just a dream (which he’s right but still).

I am currently at a hair college right now studying hairstyling. I graduate this year and then I need to do about 1.5 years of apprenticeship. He’s graduating in two years from the advertising program. I’ve already told him if we needed to move because of his stuff, then I’ll come because I can take hairstyling anywhere anyway.

Do other states honor the license you get at your state after school?

Solar_Leo_Queen, thank you for your response.

Your two professions complement each other.
Yes, you WILL be able to take that skill you have anywhere in the world.

I'm just thinking... the two of you could end up traveling together, doing shows?

If he has Saturn oppressing his Moon (conjunction) right now, (and you are sooo sensitive with that Cancer Moon), you could be subconsciously sensing a kind of withdraw-energy. To me, that's the sensation of Saturn to Moon. Very internal isolative sense.

I am sooo glad you two have good communications. If you ever 'feel' things like that?, then bring up for conversation. It will help him not feel isolated (Moon Cappy), and give you the assurances you need (Moon Cancer).

You both have first-house Moons? You both have a need to be appreciated, and the environment you create and maintain with each other will add to both your feeling safe and secure.

I found my book on Composite Charts.
p.141-142

{Note that Saturn rules Capricorn.. so in a way, you might extrapolate that 'he' Cap-Moon internally experiences this (perhaps) within his inner world, too?}

Remember to read this with a lot of common sense and playful objectivity. There's a lot more to a relationship than just focusing on one aspect.

quote

Composite Moon Conjunct Composite Saturn
The conjunction of composite Moon and Saturn produces two different kinds of effects,
both of which are somewhat difficult to deal with in a 'personal' relationship.

On the one hand,
it can create an emotional barrier between you,
so that you have trouble communicating with each other 'on a feeling level.'

Without the aid of that 'largely nonverbal and subjective dialogue' that cements a personal relationship,
the two of you will have to spell out the emotional messages that should be understood intuitively.

Consequently,
you could spend a great deal of time trying to 'express in words'
what should be 'obvious' without them {words}.

You will do a lot of analyzing,
both of the relationship and of each other.

The concern would be that you will 'make things seem worse' than they are.

Be aware of this tendency,
because it can make a perfectly viable relationship seem impossible.

At best,
analyzing your relationship can help you understand what you have together,
but it cannot completely replace 'intuitive' communication.

On the other hand,
this aspect may indicate that the two of you subordinate emotional considerations
to supposed necessities, duties, or responsibilities,
denying yourselves the joy and pleasure of open and relaxed self-expression.
Try to relax together,
and not be so serious about things.

At its worst,
this configuration can bring about such a sense of emotional-alienation between you,
that the relationship never gets off the ground.

Even though purely verbal or intellectual analysis cannot totally substitute for the 'subtler kinds' of communication that this aspect could prevent,
such analysis is the best course to take
in trying to get along with each other.

end/quote

You have a very 'intuition-oriented' Moon Cancer.

If your Composite Moon is in the 4th House, this is a favorable position for a serious couple.

p.282 {paraphrasing} But Saturn in the 4th could make things feel 'colder' ....
"..it is probably a good idea to get to know each other gradually. Do not be in a hurry. Under favorable conditions, Saturn can make a relationship quite enduring."

{----- which sounds like what you were saying, about wanting to take your time, to "be super sure". *thumbsup*}

@Randall

No I plan to be a session stylist. I don’t really want to work in anything with schedule restrictions. So does he. My license will be recognized internationally because of the school I am training in at the moment.

@mirage29

We have our composite Moon/Saturn in the 10th house. He has an 8th house moon natally. The same ascendant but different moons.

I’m afraid whatever you just wrote feels very accurate to me. There have been many times I’ve felt emotionally “shut down” by him. I feel it more because his natal Saturn squares my Moon. It’s hard for us to communicate on an emotional level, yes. I don’t always know how he feels and vice versa. I try my best to communicate but it’s not easy. I feel that if I were to tell him things that I feel, he’ll judge me for whatever reason.

Session Stylist ... styles hair for models.

H10 Moon-Saturn ... is a "professional" type of relationship.

It could work for personal, but not without great compromises.

In its lower-vibrational unconscious expression, Capricorn energy can exist as cold, cut-off, even very ruthless, selfish.

Cancer is warm and personable. Moon is 'feel'.

You are just at the very beginnings of your life.
You've got decades ahead of you, and many opportunities as you work your career plans.

Plenty of Fish in that sea.
Find what makes YOU happy and nurtured.

I work with someone who has a Capricorn Moon, and the big-boss is a stellium Capricorn with Aries Moon.

Both these people are very generous folks. Huggers!! LOL

(Happy Birthday, Randall! Jan 19 .. )
