Then everything is in silence and I realize my heart is beating so slowly.

Then I feel my heart beats less and less and then I realize I have no heart beat.

Suddently I see I died and my body is lying there next to me but I dont dare to look at it. I feel maybe I am not completely dead but I am not sure.

Then I wake up.

Its pretty scary and I wake up SO ANXIOUS and so scared every time. Its been several weeks I am dreaming this.

Does it means I am afraid of dead? Or it may mean a big change like the death in the tarot cards?

Its also true that I may be afraid of dead... I dont know why bcs I am perfectly healthy.

that you are in a transformation now, an old part of you are dying.
and that old part is afraid.
or maybe also a part you is afraid of the new. thats up to you to feel if it resonates.
letting go is often difficult and or scary.

You are totally right. Its funny because I always talk to people about not being afraid , and try to encourage them to go for their dreams and to trust themselves, go out from your comfort zone ans all this things.

And after speaking about all that ideas and always preaching those things , I feel I am not able to do this myself, and I am filled with fears like... I feel at 25 years old I am too old for a life change and stuff like that which I thought I never believed.

Anyway... I hope I find the courage. And I guess you always learn from things even if it doesnt go well.
