A few weeks ago I had a dream. Right now I'm in a tricky situation at my workplace. My teammate is doing shady stuff behind my back against me, and tries to control me.

In my dream a 14-something girl chased me. She was very angry, wanted to punch me and my face very hard. I saw a tree from a distance, and after that all of a sudden I started to lift from the ground flying. At the end I managed to escape, and landed on top of a very lush, green tree, where I found a safe place.

Yeah, I wonder if this situation is a blessing is disguise. I've started thinking what if this troublesome situation is trying to move me towards more prosperity. Suddenly, I became aware that I should not feel trapped as there are so many career opportunities out there to choose from. Yesterday I even applied for a position that suits me well - or so it seems
At my current workplace I still like the tasks I have to work with, but something's changed. The whole place now feels toxic, especially around our team, the atmosphere is full of tension, and I try to shut the other person out as I don't care about BS, nor the lies, and that she tries to make me feel guilty because of my results.
The decision to look for another job took me by surprise, but it was a refreshing one, tho.

It seems like the girl from the dream is your teammate. She is young, so maybe not that intimidating to you? You then fly to the top of a lush tree. The lush tree may signify abundance in your life. You flying to the top may signify success is at hand. The road is open for you to see from the top. You fly = you have ability. The dream may show you can soar above the current troublesome situation. You are above this, and more grown up as well.

I came back with a brief update on the situation. Since April, I've learnt to ignore her behaviour, and I also got quite a big pay raise.
