background: I’m 8 months pregnant giving birt to a baby girl next month

I’ve dreamt about this twice, wondering what it means: my baby moving inside of me and you can see the imprint of her hands from the outside of my belly and I hold her hand and she has a super strong, tight grip that always surprises me, like we’re holding hands me from the outside and her from the inside. There is someone with me and I tell them wow, feel it (the last dream I think my partner was with me and I was telling him to feel her hand..the dream before that I don’t remember who was with me but it was either my partner or another family member). But whenever I touched her hand i was shocked because it was such a strong grip for the outside. Anyone can tell me what may be the significance? Sorry if this sounds confusing..

First of all, congrats!
I feel your baby is communicating with you through this dream. My intake is she is a close soul to you, who have come to be with you here on Earth, and she holds your hand to let you know the two of you are strongly connected. Her strong grip demonstrate, in my opinion, a supportive spirit.

I wish you the best, this is so exciting!

"Natural birth at a birthing center"..

Oh, that's Marvelous.

I had my 2nd daughter at a birthing center. Had her home 4 hours after she was born. So lovely.

The other daughter wound up being a 'frank breech' (after midwife broke the waters to 'confirm' her position-- I wore my babies really deep inside me). We had to finish that birth in a hospital. Midwife came with us, which was VERY welcomed. The nurse/person assigned to us was brand-new. The midwife 'taught' her much about helping a mom in labor. Did it without ANY drugs... except needing a shot to numb the perineum before cutting, for more room for baby to make it through.

".. whenever I touched her hand i was shocked because it was such a strong grip for the outside."

When you were remarking about how 'strong' the "grip" was? .. your use of those words reminded me of HOW STRONG and surprising/shocking the grips of muscle contractions can be, as your Labor starts.

Really.. woman's body is Amazing.
It's like Nature is doing it beyond your ability to control anything that's happening.

Your main job will be to follow the midwife's lead, as the labor progresses.

Do your breathing, and focus your MIND.

I discovered that during last days, going through Braxton-hicks (inefficient labor contractions), and moving towards the start of coordinated organized-labor itself, certain muscles (around the side of the abdomen) were 'responding' to thoughts that came into my mind. It was astonishing.

Some of the labor you'll go through can be guided and enhanced by your own mind. Your imagination. Your body subconsciously responds to it. By knowing intellectually 'what's' going on in your body during labor, it can really help diminish fears.

Babies are really amazing, DEAR little Beings.
You'll Fall in Love!!!

Take Care
