I had this dream about a month ago, and wrote it down right away. I still wonder about the meaning of it. It was a very deep and haunting dream so If anyone could please interpret it, it would mean a lot to me. ♡

From my notes:

It was set in some sort of concentration camp. And he knew that it was going to be his last night alive. So somehow he smuggled me inside the camp, in the middle of the night to lay and sleep beside him in his already dug up grave/trench, quietly situating me saying, "here, right here." It was dark and cold and rainy but we both lay next to each other until the very end, where we both perished together. Even though i was not in the camp, I still
wanted to have the very last night with him.

Hello Elizabethjeanette, welcome!
It sounds to me like a dream connected to a past life, though I may be mistaken. Maybe your soulmate died in such a camp, and you felt the emotional burden of not being with him in his last moments. It might be you try to correct this in the dream by coming inside and sharing his grave and his fate.
What do you think of this interpretation?

Surely mirage, and perhaps others, will enrich us with their own points of view.

You could turn your dream into a script or screen-play for TV episode or movies.

This also reminded me of some mythology stories.

Hehe, no I'm not. Thanks though <3

Hi Ayelet. That's an interesting interpretation, definitely. I think the dream is more symbolic and less literal though, that's just how I feel about it. Although I used to have holocaust-related dreams in the past. And yes, I hope too see more replies too! X

If more symbolic than literal, it could be about the transforming power of love, that creates a sort of death for the two of you, while merging your separate paths into one. Maybe you can transcend together the sufferings of daily life, turning your sleeping together inside the pit into a gateway to heaven.

I suggest this interpretation whether you are currently in a relationship or not. In either case, it relates to a power that resides within.
