I'm very scares now after having this dream. Because of 2 things..

Yesterday i have a rough time in the recording of my band's album... And after realizing we have to start all over again i felt very powerless and depressed. As this proyect is already taken a year. And how things were going were good up until this thing happened.

Second
With the covid-19 thing which so far i've tried my best to take care of myself and my family and friends, as i shut down mostly and just recently going out(with masks and cleaning my hands where possible) I yesterday ordered food from an outside place, because i was very angry and ****** from the failed experience in the studio, and the guy cooking was coughing a little bit. And i was kinda worried but still took the food anyway.

The dream of having a blood clot in one of my lung just happened a few hours ago, but it made me really scared, and i'm scared now. Scared of my future and scared of soon getting covid... And how things are going in my country(paraguay) i'll be ****** if i get covid. And because of a silly mistake of ordering food by being ****** .

Maybe i'm just stressed out of so many things, but hope this just was a ****** dream and not some premonition of stuff to come, as i tend to have lots of premonitory dreams every once in a while.

Let's see where things are going
Thanks in advance
Cherrs

Hi LF DX,
I think the dream could indicate you feeling restricted in life, suffocated emotionally, having limitations on your self expression. It could relate to the state of your psyche right now, but as it is known that the psyche can influence the body, it seems to me that for it not to be a prmonitory dream, you'd be advised to try and relax even in the face of adversity, to worry less, and try and ease this weight upon your shoulders and your mind.

Wishing you and everyone else tons of health and self actualization

ugh, LFDX!!

I can VERY much relate to what you're saying.

We each have GOOD Common Sense-- and sometimes, instead of "doing" what we know is correct, we'll get murky and fudge and smudge it, overriding the reality of what can happen if we CONTINUE to 'ignore' it!
Be CAREFUL to honor that good sense and intuition.

Practical ---
Part of what I want to say, is PLEASE self-quarantine for the proper number of days now that you 'may' have been served food by a COVID-19 infected person--

Positive {sorta}
I'd HOPE that he wouldn't be standing up cooking if he were sick *cross-fingers*? -- Some people live with naturally mucous junky-lungs and coughs--- because they smoke, live around bad air, or have allergies.
This guy has been standing over the air of greasy-cooking, which could also get into his breathing too?

So MAYBE there's a chance of that {what I said}.

You ---
Right now, "just in case" --
Put in your mind that MAYBE the guy had Junky-Lungs.
Take GOOD Care of your body with good foods and get rested. DO the things that YOU know gives your own immune system strength to fight off germs.

Next ---
haha... Next time your GOOD Common Sense says something?? then HONOR it. Pretend you're a germ-phobe, and those other people {if they noticed} will let you slide.

It's better to err on the side of 'cautions' right now.

That frustration you're feeling, reflects the frustrated sky energies right now.

I remember having taken part of projects before that I thought might have turned out horrible, and after a REST from it, later, it actually wasn't bad! It could be used or salvaged.

Perhaps your album will be same way.

___
So. I added the 'practical' for this.
Ayelet gave you other things to consider.

Also....
If you have anything inside your feelings that needs to feel its sadness and cry over something, then take advantage right now to let those feelings flow out.

{Lungs, congested =
could be unprocessed grief}

Keep us posted with what's going on.

Thanks a lot ladies, both of your opinions are more or less what's on my mind.

The psyche thing is more or less is that right now I'm very demoralized by the big failure I have, and what irritates me it's that the way things were constructed failed, rather than the proyect of the album per se. Thought the way I planned, which was the most planned thing I ever did in my life so far was very good, and even with the covid running wild, thought that things would be done pretty soon, yesterday, it all broke down, and I have to start all over again the process... the recording process.

As on the physical and practical part, yes Mirage, you're right. I have to be more careful, the thing was, yesterday at that moment, I was angry, and hungry, pretty bad combination. Normally I wouldn't eat something from an outside place with the conditions we're living here, Specially in Paraguay, where, or people don't give a **** , because most of the country now are on the verge of economical brokenness, or are too numb with misinformation and all of that stuff. But I tend to be careless when I'm on the edge, and that rarely happens so, what happens, will happen anyway.

I'll remain away from the world for a while, and regroup my energy to continue with my record, as for me, it's the best thing I've done, and I'll make sure to get that baby out there in the world, where it belongs.

Let's see how things go from here onwards

Stay safe both of you

EDIT: Being in the middle of my saturn return kinda makes things a bit complicated I forgot to mention, Many things need to change, it's really the big one this return.

Hi LF DX, a Saturn return is a big event. I advise you accepting the delays and obstacles Saturn puts in your way as a must and means for you to eventually win the long term impact you wish to attain through your music. I know first hand how frustrating it may seem. But maybe try look at it in a more of a philosophical approach, seeing that the work of art, music included, is many a time you creating yourself, and the world around you as a result, anew. Trust the process. It may seem like a failure, but down beneath it is really a delay needed for the sake of perfection of creation and creator alike. Or so I believe... You may feel quite differently about it right now, and I do understand, as my own Saturn return synchronised for me with such a deep wound, that I had to grow and evolve from that state in ways I did not predict. And no, it wasn't fun.
I don't mean to imply the same will be with you, or that all Saturn returns are traumatic. What I do wish to say is for you to trust both yourself and the universe, and you will go through whatever you personally need to for you to arrive at where you need to be, and achieve that which you are intended to achieve. Which is a goal you have set for yourself as the divine spirit you are. Trust.

I wouldn't worry too much - stress takes it's toll, too and could end up making you sick. Just trust the universe, ask for protection, and on your end take care of yourself. Take plenty of vits and immune-boosting supps and foods and stay cozy and safe. If something comes up, you'll face it when it's time. Otherwise, just know you're doing your best.

Meditation also helps fight stress and strengthen the immune system.

Maybe in a week or more when you think you're fine, get your lungs checked?

Also fyi for about 5 years I've had a chronic cough long before covid. It's an inflammation thing for me + autoimmune issue. I get funny stares from people nowadays. (funnily enough it's a lil less now)

So it could be that guy just coughed for another reason? Maybe due to pollution, a common cold? smoker? Who knows.
