It seems like you were riding an unsecure road in life, and getting over serious obstacles. Then you got into this house, where there was the very source of the problem. Perhaps it has something to do with society, or any big group of people you may think of. Your aggression, or fight, took the form of pills. It seems like you don't want the fight, you don't want to be an aggressor, and you are trying to get rid of your "weapon".
It might be, without knowing the context of the dream or the meaning of pills for you, that what you judge as aggression on your part is actually healing, and that this dream encourages you to get connected with your inner warrior.
Also, your innate need to fight had a direct connection to whatever it was you've been going through, and you seemed to view it negatively, as the result of a snake's bite, not acknowledging it as the positive and natural outcome of whatever you had to struggle with.
Sometimes a cure can be found in poison.

Wow your point of view it's so interesting! Well I hate being "bad" .Im actually on a deep self hatred because OCD made me feel like I lost my identity.I was on a path of "I want to be a good person and grow" and these obsessive thinking destroyed that.It's like you have these thoughts and you start to get lost on them and feel bad about yourself .I feel unable to fight agaisnt them.I dont do much compulsions cuz I say "no I won't do it" but the obsessive thinking its even worse.It makes lose my identity and it makes me lose the respect that I so hard tried to have of myself.I feel defeated unable to fight anymore agaisnt depression and this.I tried really hard to heal my heart but then OCD came and it kinda punched me you know?My inner warrior is really buried somewhere 😬

I can tell you from my own experience: I know it's hard, but be compassionate towards yourself and try not hating yourself over these thoughts. I know it feels like they endanger your identity, but try not to be scared of those thoughts, also know that eventually they WILL pass, even if it will take a long time for it to happen, and even if occasionally they'll "pop-up". Don't fight them so hard and try not to identify with them.
You are NOT a bad person for having those thoughts. EVERYONE has negative thoughts passing through their consciousness, and you experience them with such an intensity since you don't allow them to flow naturally through you, perhaps since you want so hard to be good, as you've mentioned. But suppressing the shadow won't help you. Let loose and be kind to yourself.
I can tell you that accepting my own shadow has been helping me to be more accepting and forgiving as a whole towards others, so this process has its advantages. You get to learn so much by embracing all that makes us human, even the less pleasant sides of this experience.

I hope you'd find something useful in what I wrote. I'm not presuming to know your own special personal experience, it's just that some of the things you wrote brought up these memories of mine, and I thought that if sharing some stuff I've learned on my personal journey could be of use, then why not. So take it as it is, and I wish you to feel freed of the obssesive thoughts (self forgiveness, acceptance, releasing the obsession towards the obsession), and know you are essentially light, and this too shall pass.

Snakes are one of the most dreamed-about, and FROM / about the Collective.

by Releasing what is going on in the mind.. let it run out and through you like a sieve.
