Topic: Did I hear an entity? Was I in the astral realm? Experience sleep paralysis?

Last night was strange for me. The early morning of 12/17/20 I could NOT fall asleep for the life of me. I tried sleeping at 1:30am and by 3am was still awake. At 3 I thought I was going into a deep sleep, where you feel like your drifting and drifting (I got so excited) and I did not move or change positions.. because I wanted SLEEP. It was so weird.. I felt like my head was swaying on my bed back and fourth like again physically drifting and my arms falling off the bed/swaying. (However I was not moving at all. My sister who was right next to me and awake said I was still when I swore I thought I was moving) I even thought things were falling of my bed and I told myself how did anything get on my bed but whatever I will pick it up tomorrow. However during all of this I just thought I was about to go into REM lol. I could feel my cat right next to me, as she was laying on me and I was holding on to her. I was also thinking of dreams to dream. Then I hear my mom talking??? Or a women that called my sister and my name and was just talking to us?? I was half aware of that I could feel my cat on me. (in a way grounding me to the 3rd dimension) and I hear my “mom” talking and I was about to be like wtf why are you talking to me at 4 AM?!! But I ignored because I did not want to mess up SLEEPING. Then I heard a scary noise. A non human noise.. I was confused and then was like ok... I will ignore again ... AND THEN I HEAR SOMETHING SAY “HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO” in a like GRUDGE voice. I hope you have seen that movie. It was raspy and very long. IT STARTLED THE HELL out of me and made my heart race SOO fast. I was scared and listened to that HELLO for like 15 seconds and then I decided to ask my sister if she heard “mom” I thought it was my mom because she was mad that we werent helping her? or responding? so she was like uhHH HELLOO? But then getting out of it was kind of hard. Not difficult AT all but I did feel heavy/pressure and I kinda had to like shake/sway my body out of it just to call my sisters name. I remember having to TRY to just say “Did you hear that” Of course she did not so then I realized uhhhh it was something else... lol so to clarify and conclude:
Went into deep consciousness, but could still feel and be aware that my cat was right next to me (which i think really helped me remember i’m not like somewhere else. if she wasnt with me id probably be TERRIFIED) as I am aware my cats next to me, i’m trying to dream and thinking of mundane things to sleep ALL WHILE I HEAR A NON HUMAN SOUND AND OR ENTITY TALK TO ME and be aware of it? I did not see anything. It was all hearing. I’m just so confused.. what was it? ------------------

Hello astrobabes, it sounds like you drifted astrally while still staying in your bed. The voice you heard could very well be some entity. Perhaps you should inquire concerning ways to seal your aura.
Did you actually ask your sister whether she's heard your mom, while you two were awake?IP: Logged |

Yes! After I got out of whatever it was I asked her “did you hear mom right now?” and she said “no...?” and then I asked did you hear any sounds at all? she said no. She also said I wasn’t moving at all either which is so strange!! I dont know why we both could not sleep. I couldn’t even sleep last night. I have gotten like 8 hours in the past two days lol ------------------
