what happens is that when I sleeping I go into a deep state where everything feels heavy and I start falling deeper and deeper into a specific state. it feels like I am falling off my bed and moving but in reality, I am just sitting still. when this is happening, i realize i am in this state and have complete control of my actions, thoughts and words.

what was weird is that when i do this, i tell my spirit guides to communicate to me and i allow it and that i want guidance. what was different about last night was that i saw red and black like into a different 'portal'?? 'dimension' ???? and i was in a different body and in a different room with 3 cats attacking me. i was like why would my guides send me here. i was like huuuh i knew i wasn't me though. and then i switched into a different reality where i was in India having dinner with these people. i was talking to them and they thought i was some movie star and that's why i was there. what was so weird is that during that time i had this interaction it was like 8pm there. anyway i told them my spirit guides sent me. this women to my left started to tear up and then this guy was like oh no no, we don't believe in that. you're a movie star! i realized i had to lie and just agree but i was so confused. they also said they had no religion. i then left that because i was begging to see my grandma. my guides finally sent me to her i saw her it was warmed toned, vibrant and calm. i saw her smile as she lets her hand out and i grab it and then quickly switch to the India place again!!! like what!! this time i asked for ANY advice about my life and they showed me the 5 of cups reversed. i looked it up and it pretty much sums up my life for advice and everything it was SO STRANGE.

what is this????? am i going into different realities? different people consciousness?? i am only in control of what i say, do and act. every one else has control of them. its so cool. i love being in that state, where i get to see other people and actually talk to them.

when i am in this state, it also feels like i wake up but i don't. for example, after all of this i wanted to wake up and tell my sister what happened. 5 times i tried and THOUGHT i did, when i didn't. i thought i woke up and showed her my scratches on my arms but didn't. its like i was in this current reality in a different reality. if that makes sense. i woke up thinking i was in my 3d world but wasn't.

what the hell is this CALLED lol please any insight is so helpful! thank you!!!

They might not be spiritual in the usual sense, but these people did provide you with an advice in the form of a tarot card, an advice you actually found useful. Therefore, you may learn from all and everyone, and spirituality takes different forms again among different people.
Dreaming of waking up - can happen. It may mean you were so deep under the trance of sleep, waking up for real required some more effort, as well as conciousness to the fact that you're dreaming.
It must have been lovely to be reunited with your grandma

okay that makes a lot of sense!! it seems like it could be like that. very true. for the cat dream... i dont know i would have to think about that i dont know if there is a part of myself where i dont trust. and for the second dream that makes sense too!! and it was nice seeing her for a second thank you for your interpretation

If you feel HEAVY then you are NEAR THE VEIL to waking, where GRAVITY exists. Your not going into a deep state, your actually doing the opposite and getting right up to the veil of WAKING LIFE.

The SOUL astral body has sensations of moving even if its not, but the MENTAL astral body does not. So it sounds like your shifting from mental body dreamer to soul body dreamer. Soul body dreamer is 1 billion times deeper in layers than mental body dreamer. Just so you know.

I wouldn't call ANY spirit guides in when you deal with the Soul because they will be shadow or demonic. In mental astral body dreamer that is not an issue and you can talk to anyone, but the soul is a whole different reality. Plus if you don't know the "human" spirit guide, then your playing with fire. With my apprentices they call me in to help them, they know me and I appear how i need to appear to them in their soul dreaming issues.

Red and Black Portal energy? Sounds like you are on a ufo ship or trapped and waking up to that consciousness. These so called guides are your wardens in your own soul prison, they don't want you to escape, far from it. WHenever you run across these jokers, call them out. Say:

SHOW ME YOUR TRUE SELF (over and over again until they shift) then you will be able to see who you are dealing with.

One of the main disciplines I teach is to POP OUT of dreamers, this way you remain safe and your prison guards can't keep track of you.
