I had two out of body experiences where I floated in air and I saw my body under me. I got bothered by those experiences and someone told me to ask the spirit world or whatever forces that I don’t want to experience this again. It worked right away and for many years.
However, just now I had a dream that this guy was bothering a woman and she mistook me for what happened she had superpowers that just using her eyes she was able to float me in the air. Suddenly my body was shaking and fighting seems like in real life not the dream world. And I could feel my soul returning to my body. I know it sounds weird. I just hate those experiences.

It's not weird, it can feel like shaking when the astral body returns to the physical body.
Every dream is actually an out of body experience, albeit unconscious one. It seems like you had a glimpse of consciousness there. I suggest praying, if it bothers you, so that you won't open up to this.
Regardless, it's an interesting dream, the way the woman is portrayed, as someone who on one hand needs protection, and on the other has super powers. And your place in the dream is also interesting, as being the victim of the victim. I wonder if the woman from the dream reminds you of someone.
