My dad visited me these last days, we havent seen eachother for some time.

Long story short he is spiritual. He has a psychic friend and a priest that also sometime do ceremonies, protections, scans etc for him. My dad has a few enemies since he is among the richest from my city. His psychic friend scans him often and warns him if theres anything negative coming his way so he can protect and cleanse himself.

We went to a small party with more family and had a good time. I came home and fell asleep at around 3am and had the following dream:

I was at the small party from that night but everything was reversed. I would pour wine in my glass but instead of drinking it, i poured it down on the floor. Everybody was not drinking, but spilling their drinks on the floor. We did not speak to each other and were very distant… so all reversed. The floor started looking bloody because of all the spilled drinks.

Then i wake up but I was having sleep paralysis - so the usual : i cannot move, speak, do anything and i am laying in my bed the same way as i will when i wake up for real. Ok. But… i see something darker than black or the darkness from my room lingering onto me. It was not human, it was like a small concentrated fog lingering.

It goes over me and … it starts stabbing my chest, under my chest. The feeling was not physical, I cannot explain it but it was horrifying. It was so internal, so deep inside me that it was extrmeely horrifying. It did not only stab, after it hit me inside it started to feel like shredding and twisting. All in all, the view of pure darkness over me was not that scary than that feeling I never had before of something touching me that deeply inside.

I thought of a prayer and started waking up but it was difficult. I woke up with me still mumbling the prayer…

You could check your diet, how much magnesium it containes.
There are more possible causes, but I would start with the most common one.

I never feared sleep paralysis, it happened so much (mostly in my childhood) that it doesn't affect me.

But that internal stab/touch feeling ... it's like somebody could touch your heart inside and your organs, and you would feel things inside. That was on another level.

That feeling lingered the entire day afterward, and when I tried to talk about it to my father it brought tears to my eyes (but i was not sad?), and that cry was coming from inside - like something really was touched. Very weird.

I thank my grandmother now too, she was the only one that taught me "The Our Father". I was never the religious kind but I see more now.

My diet is pretty good - annual checks show I am always good. I also take supplements sometimes, including magnesium citrate.

Also very important - whenever I go out partying and drinking (this time with my father), I always take detoxamin from Energetix. Those pills really help you not get a hangover and get intoxicated. I took them this time too, but it is possible that Alcohol depletes the body from magnesium - I researched, and seems like its true. So now I also understand why my mother would say that you would sometimes get "alcohol demons" ...

In my language "spirits" = "TĂRÍE".

The same word also means "strong will, power". You can drink tarie or have "tarie (de caracter)" - of character.

"Tare" directly translates as "hard/strong".

So my cultural side sees it like that. I am close to Russia, so perhaps it makes some... more sense. You drink "strong" alcohol = you are "strong".

As one connected to a human body, sometimes it is important and helpful, to even a necessity, to call on and ask for help from the purely Creative/Light attuned forces in help in dealing with such beings.

I've had to deal with these kinds of beings and groups, and there are two things that I do in concert. I feel love and compassion towards them (they don't know how to deal with this, it is repulsive to them--they in a sense feed off fear), and I ask the purely Creative/Love/Light attuned forces to help/guide/strengthen/protect me.

My partner had a very intense dream which illustrates all the above quite well. She was viewing a young girl in relation to a school setting. The girl was stuck (she had died at the school and rather than move on to where she belonged at a deeper level, she stayed stuck in relation to the earthly/physical).

As my partner was observing the situation, she noticed something different from her normal retrieval experience. There was a dark being that was messing with the girl. It was basically putting the girl through a Freddy Kruger type experience, making her perceive all these very dark and disturbing perceptions. Toying with and torturing her, feeding off her fear like a parasite getting bloated on blood.

My partner got incensed while observing this and like the Aries Moon that she is, she rushed in to help the girl without any thinking or planning. The dark being became aware of her and her intentions, and started to direct its focus to my partner and started to like zap her with its extremely negative and lacking in light energy. It became so overwhelmingly intense that she couldn't deal with it and couldn't do anything but curl up in a fetal position being in pain. It treated my partner, who is a strong willed, older soul type, like a rag doll.

During this, she remembered a conversation that she and I had had in the physical, where I mentioned that while we are protected and have Light attuned forces that can help us, often times it is important and necessary to specifically ask for their help because they greatly respect others freewill and the freewill process.

After remembering that conversation and what I had said, she asked the Creative Forces for help and immediately a number of Light beings appeared and put like a shield around the lacking in light being, and got her and the girl out of there.

She woke with her body feeling echoes of that pain of her energy body being zapped with that intense negativity. This was no mere dream. It was a remembrance of an event that happened in the nonphysical dimensions. Most likely her Expanded self and/or Guidance forces in general, helped to set up the situation to begin with, as a learning/teaching experience.

She realized two things from the dream. That she should have set up a REBAL (like an energy shield) around her before going in, and two, she should have connected to and asked for help from the Creative Forces first. Lesson learned and learned the hard way (as often is the case for such a Fixed type personality as she is).

Alcohol and certain drugs can weaken our energy field and allow us to become more influenced by negative beings. If partaking in such substances, it is always best to set up a REBAL type shielding and/or ask for help/protection. A little, mild buzz is ok and doesn't require this, but drunk drunk does.

Negative beings will hang around humans and wait for them to get into more vulnerable states, so that they can influence them. This is particularly bad in the case of alcoholics and drug addicts. They often are surrounded by such beings. When a person experiences a black out, this means that they have been fully possessed which is the ultimate high and desire for these dark, psychopathic beings.

Normally, in most cases, it is more of a subtle influencing, like them nonphysically whispering softly into your ears/psyche/subconscious various distortions, lies, misleading half truths, etc. And most people can't be influenced too much, too much of the time.

But these dark beings love when you completely lose control of self so they can come in and take the reigns completely, if only temporarily. If one is prone to blackouts whatsoever, best to completely avoid the alcohol or drugs that lead to same.

Btw, there are two main classes of dark beings. There are those who had former experiences of being human, and likely were socio to psychopathic when they were incarnated as a human, and then there are those who are ET and haven't directly had a human experience.

The former tend to be easier to deal with/handle than the latter, because the latter tends to be much more group/collective oriented. If you have an entire species or group focusing on you collectively to try to bring you down, as a human, this can be very hard to deal with, and this is when you want/need to bring in the big guns like Arch-Angel Michael and the collective that he works with.

There is a particular ET group that has LONG been involved with earth/humans and that is very negative and wants to see us either become like them, or to eventually eradicate us to take our planet for their own. We are protected from direct, physical, overt harm from this negative group by collective of positive ET's and nonphysical forces that keep tabs on this group and watch out for us. The collective of positive ET groups have told the negative group that if they attack humans before we have a fighting chance, there will be severe consequences for them.

However, they are allowed to interact and meddle in other, more subtle, psychic, and energetic type ways meanwhile.

Coming back to this thread because I realized something weird.

When my dad was visiting and I had the “attack”, I was sleeping in the living room.

I tried to sleep in the living room today and I had an uneasy feeling like there was something in there. I could not make the feeling go away and I moved to another room. But it got me thinking, because…

The living room is the only room where I pull tarot cards and I did pull on the sofa also.

That's true, I reflected on this and I think its something else. My tarot cards are OK. When doing tarot I kind of shut down, making my eyes not focus but I am still there and I do not connect with or ask entities/spirit. I am a prayer person..., and when I wanted to sleep in the room last time I called and focused on God and praying to calm me down and get rid of the uneasiness, but the feeling only got worse.
