I was awoken today while in astral travel, Dreamworld in a serious meeting. Of many other spiritual ascension masters it seemed. My memory was quickly erased. It felt powerful. Anyone have advice in recovering that since the day has worn on?
I am correcting my chakras and my body is realigned again. Yet the crown/third eye have been lit and rl chaos was reducing my connection between realms. It's coming back. Could it be the "other side" is advising me there how to proceed in the Terra region?

My sleep was extensive, my diet has been balanced and a lot of earth grown resources. I do recall my uploads I'm going to need "attuned" for important mission uploads. I'm going to read my transits. My ancestors feel close and my guidance team more evident, after a hard tower moment.

Adding: I discovered it was an initiation. I'm now "on my path", my reason for being here on Earth is now actualized. I'm an initiate spiritually/tangible in synchronous time.

Do you meditate on a regular basis? Perhaps that could help. Keep your diet natural as you can, and before bedtime run through your head the day that had passed backwards, from the end to the beginning. If you can, journal your dreams. It would strengthen your memory.

I think a dream stone might assist me too. I have a shaman gem. I might keep it with me too.

I'm getting better understanding. That dream was an Astral MTG I was part of. As I was leaving it, I crossed to 3d so some details then vanished. Because it involved my avoiding an energy that wasn't considered an intiate, they needed my blocking it to see *all meant for me*.
I have my recall coming back stronger. My relationship has been in stalemate for years, I even met him in 5d. Seeing things differently than before. So much is coming clear. I'm going to research the Shattuckite now.
