I am aware that my mind can create many things, but this one I cannot explain in any way.

In my dream, I enter a strange apartment, with a lot of graffiti on the walls. Looking around, I end up in a room where I see two creatures on the floor connected to each other through their collars. What were the creatures like? Let me explain what I saw, try to imagine this:

The first creature: It had the head of a woman, at the neck area it had a big metallic collar. Under the collar, the body shape was … like a shaved white dog, and it had weirdly attached dog legs.

The second creature: It had the head of a dog, at the neck area it had an identical metallic collar. Under the collar, the body shape was of a weird human body with arms and legs weirdly attached.

So you can say that there was a woman head with unnatural dog body, and dog head with unnatural human body. But again, the bodies were not natural, it looked like someone attached them to the bodies in a very bad way. It was not aligned well - the legs, the hands..

Ok, now it gets crazier. They were connected to each other through the metallic collar they had. There was a connector/leash/line/rope between the collars. And it connected them.

I was dumbfounded watching because when the dog head moved its head to move forward, the woman’s legs actually moved because it had the dog legs. So when the dog head wanted to move, it couldnt because it had human legs, but the dog legs DID move because it was theirs. But it was on the other creature.

They were trying in vain to coordinate and make something.

Weirdest. Dream. Ever.

I agree, a very unusual dream. It sounds like it could be about an unnatural union between a human and an animal. Perhaps it has to do with the relationship we have with our animalistic side. The connection between the collars through the leash/chain could signify ownership. Have you ever felt owned by someone else? Could this dream have anything to do with feelings of being controlled by someone else through your primal urges, in a way that is unnatural or untrue to the real you?

Hi Ayelet,

Thank you. I am usually able to decipher dream symbolism, but this was too like Randall replied.

I read your message and took some time to think about it before replying... I did indeed feel owned by someone else in an unnatural way. But this is not part of my current reality anymore, so it really makes me wonder why I dreamt this.

The dog/primal element also makes me wonder a lot. I did have a prior relationship in which there was a lot of posessiveness involved, but it wasn't like the usual "Joe and Jane are so in love that they are possessive about eachother". It was more like "Joe and Jane are so INTERTWINED (the collar, haha) that they live their lives doing things IN TANDEM on all planes like they are "twins" And they do not even realize that, it's natural/primal".

Writing this message made me feel to say the "intertwined" word. It makes a lot of more sense regarding control. Intertwined like the creatues were through the collar, but also moving "in tandem". Maybe there are still parts of me intertwined through my primal/instinctual side to that person. I hope not, honestly. But then we meshed together so much in the past, and there were some things done that could have gotten us more stuck to each other energetically... Very interesting.

Sometimes situations which belong in the past only get resolved much later, and this relationship you had is surfacing now, more as a resolved issue, perhaps. Maybe it is only now that your consciousness is ripe enough to see things as they were. And perhaps the dream also comes as a reminder for you not to repeat this kind of pattern at the present or in the near future.

Thank you 🙏

I believe it is that, considering my reaction. I was not taking part in it in the dream, I was just observing it.

No more “graffiti on the walls”, no more messy intertwinings. I was just thinking that the graffiti on the wall is also not natural - it is a mess of color added into the walls in a chaotic, “unaligned” way, just like the creatures had chaotic pieces aligned in them.
