I'm always feel like a modern day slave but nothing else. So there should a Freedom for me. May be at least in one part of my life. But why I always felt sad after freedom in dreams ?

Perhaps you felt like freedom is far away... with the bird that flew. It could be your yearning to be free like that bird that you actually helped in the dream. You helping the bird is you helping to free yourself. But you're sad, maybe you don't believe that is possible for you, despite your action showing that it is.

04:00 AM(approx) 1st October

I couldn't remember it clearly.
It was a first person view.
I was standing and just watching.
A lady with sad face was half of body in the water standing with sad depressed face. Felt life she was going to drown herself to death.
Then at right side of the water a dead body suddenly come to surface from the beneath of the water. It was a dead body of another lady. But the whole body were wrapped in clothes just like mummy. Damn.

Yes I felt like I sacrificed my Love.
I sacrificed that person.
I felt miserable and guilty because I couldn't do anything about it.

I'm sorry you felt that way. Perhaps a distant memory was also involved. But don't blame yourself, perhaps it's something to let go of... even the sadness, to embrace it and let it go, it's true, what you sensed in the dream that you couldn't do anything about it, don't carry that guilt.
