Ya, Why bother anyway they would just find someway to change what you said or really ment any how! Have a heart my dear like minded friend and don't feed this fourm that they call Global Unity! They offend and oppose your ideas every time you post here. You don't have to fight for YOUR RIGHT TO JUST BE!!! You are a very beauiful person and I do very much enjoy reading your posts, so maybe its time to place your energy,love and light where others feel and see you for who you really are. You have so much love and light to share, so way would you keep on beating that dead horse to get people here to understand this. They have their thoughts on things and thats great, but yours come from a different place and thats O.K. Maybe its just time to let go and play with birds of a feather. YOUR SOUL FRIEND Solane Star

I wasn't jumping on you Rainbow - I didn't get from your post the tongue in cheek - my bad (I think you just did the same thing in another thread - facetiousness is difficult sometimes to get across in print), as a matter of fact, I went out of my way to keep it non-attacking (although since we all attack each other around here I can understand why you'd be defensive). As for the 100% statement - it was just that, a statement, not an accusation that you're that way, although if you can't find ONE nice thing to say, well then people may assume you ARE that way (that you think the opposing side IS 100% bad)... And I'm disappointed that once again an effort to come together has been derailed - Solane Star - have you anything nice to say? ------------------

Solane Star.....you are like a port in the storm......It's so comforting to know that there are people like you here....People who can discern the dynamics taking place; the "bullying" taticts, meant to make me cower...but I will not (and especially with soul friends like you). *sigh* I have lived too long and experienced too much in my lifetime, for that! Used to be (with my Pisces stellium) that I'd want to go crawl in a cave somewhere, when getting bombarded in that way....but not anymore....however, I do feel now, that it is a waste of my energy to come here to GU...because as you said: quote:

 I appreciate how those who are what might be termed as "liberal-minded" are always looking out for the average joe, as well as environmental issues, and animal rights. (not to say that these things aren't important to "conservative-minded" folks - they are just generally less distrustful of the "establishment") IP: Logged |

Rainbow - per the title of the thread, I meant something nice to say about her political opponents/opposite...You are too busy trying to see negativity coming at you that you see it whether its there or not. Lots of posting... but not many compliments.Is it really that hard to try to see things from a different point of view? Are we really so wrapped up in our own beliefs that we are not capable of expanding our vision beyond those beliefs?  There is no such thing as CAN'T (as I tell my children) there is only I CHOOSE NOT TO. So, maybe those of you should ask yourselves WHY you choose NOT to?

Ahhh.. yes, now I remember why I had such a hate / hate relationship with Rainbow. I always felt so bad for what happened, then I read through some of our past exchanges..
