Whether you post this in the Astrology forum or this forum you decide Randall.Anyway,the term AIDS was coined July 27,1982.Jupiter was in Scorpio during that time,according to Linda Goodman's Relationships Signs. Question:Was Jupiter retrograding that time?,or are there other planetary afflicted aspects to the discovery of this disease?.

Good question, worth indepth investigation.
My 6th sense tells me the vaccine against HIV wil be discovered the moment Jupiter completes it's retrograde movement this year.IP: Logged |

July 27, 1982. The Asteroids.1. Panacea was in 27 degrees Cancer trine Chiron in 27 Taurus. The fixed star of tragedy, ALGOL is in 26 degrees Taurus. 2. KARMA in 1 Taurus (conjunct HEKATE in 2 TAurus) was exactly opposed Jupiter in 1 Taurus. 3. ANGEL was conjunct KARMA and also opposed Jupiter. 4. retrograde NIKE in 27 Sag was quincunx both Chiron and Panacea. 5. retro Pholus in Aries trine DNA. A wound to humanity so that humanity can transform ?

Don't forget about when it was called GRIDS. It had the same viral properties, but the name was different. Do we consider that name or what about the virus that causes AIDS - HIV? Gallo was the one that discovered the viral component.The problem with finding a vaccine for HIV is the incredibly high mutation rate this virus has. Scientifically, it is amazing in it's properties to assimilate enough genetic code and then turn around and use it to become immune to various medications. Strains are different, genetically, based on the region and cluster. For example, the HIV found in a group located in Baltimore will be genetically different (not 100% but within a noticable number of base pairs) that say the cluster found at the same time in Portland, OR. In the beginning more money should have been spent on "understanding" the virus verses trying to find an immediate cure. That time put into the latter and not the former cost the scientific community so much time and we lost more people as a result. It also didn't help with the CDC swearing that there was no cause for alarm as it couldn't be passed through operations (fine mist caused when performing bone surgeries) and that organ transplants from one with HIV wouldn't infect another. The problem has occured with West Nile Virus and transplants. But, I am ever hopeful that science will trudge on, even with all the obstacles and emotions and lead us to a vaccine  IP: Logged |
