By doing so, Bush puts Congress on notice he does not agree they have the authority to compel the actions required in the legislation they passed.

You said that it was in the Constitution that he has this right. I showed you that the Constitution says no such thing. In fact, the Constitution quite strikingly says the opposite, so your argument doesn't work. The Congress DOES have the right to compel, "any department or officer thereof."

If Gannon began to squeal on his former friends, they would be swept out of a very lucrative and powerful office in a wave of feminine frenzy from the Christian Right. If these pestilential nuisances ever got it into their tiny brains that Bush and his top people were gay, there would be such an uproar, the business over Clinton and the cigars would pale into insignificance. Mail to the Fag Palace from these nuts is beginning to sound ugly. Forlorn but desperate-to-believe writers are saying, “Oh, say it isn’t so!” while more pragmatic staffers are getting their pictures in the blatts hugging their wives and kids.

I want all of my readers to note that this subject, rampant and aggressive faggotry in the White House, will never see the light of day in any portion of the American media, print or television, unless, and until Gannon or someone intimately involved, rats everyone else out.

I'm going to let you find and post that section the Constitution here acoustic.

Now, I never said the Constitution says anything about exception documents acoustic. I said the President is preserving the authority of the Executive Branch from encroachment by Congress on the authority of the Executive by putting Congress on Notice some part or parts of their legislation is/are beyond the scope of their authority to regulate. The President has inherent authorities under the Constitution and Congress may not regulate those authorities...nor may the Courts. This doctrine of inherent authority has been decided in many court cases...including the authority to wiretap without a warrant for purposes of foreign intelligence gathering.

When you accuse the President of lying and theft, at least have the common decency to be specific about what he lied about..direct quotes are best and what he stole, when and how he stole it.

That's the very minimum for anyone making the accusations.

So far, you haven't had the common decency to spell it out but have hidden behind press rumors, innuendo, supposition and outright lies.

Time to get specific Mirandee or stop making accusations you can't back up.

Test time Mirandee. If you really knew the President lied to Congress or anyone else, you'd know when and exactly what he said that was a lie.

If you really knew the President stole from the American people, you'd know when he stole it and what it was he stole.

That section about making the laws is the exact function of the legislative branch. It says not one damned word about the Executive Branch accounting to Congress, not one word. Of course the laws apply to all branches of government...except where those legislative acts encroach on the powers assigned to the Executive or Judicial Branch of government.

The only place you will find any such wording is very specific and says the President will report to Congress from time to time on the state of the Union. Nothing else.

When Bush sends Executive Branch people up to Capitol Hill to brief Congress on various matters, it's a voluntary act of the President. Necessary for the smooth operation of the government, but voluntary. You will also notice there are certain committees the President will not permit to be briefed on National Security issues. They have blabbermouths on the committees who leak secret information to the press.

Senator Leahy was kicked off the Senate Intelligence Committee for leaking a secret operation. The President refused to brief the committee as long as Leahy was a member of the committee. IF Congress had the power to compel, the President would not have had the authority to refuse to have the committee briefed. Period, end of that argument.

Congress cannot compel the Executive Branch. Congress can cut off or reduce funds for certain Executive Branch functions if they are unhappy with the operation. But, if they do that, they face a firestorm of criticism.

Kelly, the little girl who was put in the mental institution in Tennessee was institutionalized originally NOT because she had info about what had been done to her, but because she had been diagnosed with DID (disassociative identity disorder which used to be called MPD multiple personality disorder)

Once she was rescued along with her mother, she started to recall some stuff, and was immediately taken into emergency with "asthma like symtoms" because she couldn't breathe and seemed to be dying.

What was later learned was that this was a programmed thing instilled in her mind - if ever she started to remember the stuff it would be a "trigger" for her to DIE (her own mind would suggest to her that she was having an asthma attack which would stop her breathing and kill her).....

...in the old days a guy could take a pill and suicide himself if he thought they were gonna make him talk, but in Kelly's case, the "program" was put into her mind that she would get asthma and stop breathing.....IF SHE SHOULD START TO REMEBER....
