Wow, I'm sure Rove, Libby, Cheney and Bush are really intimidated by this lawsuit...which is utter rubbish by the way. But, if it helps the 2 liars a little further down the road, then what's the harm...except to their credibility...which right now is hovering below zero.
Valerie Plame was a CIA analyst sitting at a desk. An analyst who drove into work every day. Pray tell, who drives through the gates of CIA headquarters at Langley every day or shows up to work at a CIA front/business?
Hint. It's not the Roto Router Lady
A foreign intelligence agent would have be the worlds biggest dumb@ss not to know Plame was a CIA agent/employee. In fact, anyone who drives through the gates could be and probably is photographed and their identity and association with the CIA known within hours.
Undercover CIA agents don't drive through the gates of CIA headquarters or show up for work at a CIA front operation period.
Andrea Mitchell let it slip on Meet the Press that Plame's identity and employment at the CIA was widely known among journalists...before Novak outed her. Joe Wilson introduced Plame as "my CIA wife" to friends and associates...before Novak broke the story in the Chicago Sun Times.
BTW, this lawsuit was filed..."on information and belief", (paragraph 18) and offers no proof any of the actionable..if any are actionable...allegations are true.
