That's what some Democrats think of Hillary Clinton. Hillary has very high negatives among about 45% of likely Democrat voters.

Hillary Has 'Strong Negatives' Among Democrats

New Hampshire Democrats taking part in a poll have some shockingly critical comments about Hillary Clinton as a candidate for president in 2008.

"Shrew . . . Machiavellian . . . evil, power-mad witch . . . criminal . . . dangerous . . . satanic . . . the ultimate self-serving politician” – those are a few of the terms respondents used in describing Clinton.

"I was amazed,” said Dick Bennett, head of American Research Group Inc., an independent polling company based in New Hampshire that conducted the survey of more than 400 likely voters in the 2008 Democratic primary.

"I thought there might be some negatives, but I didn’t know it would be as strong as this,” he told the Boston Herald. "It’s stunning, the similarities between the Republicans and the Democrats, the comments they have about her.

"Forty-five percent of the Democrats are just as negative about her as Republicans are.”

Bennett said he has never before seen so many New Hampshire voters show so much distaste for a member of their own party.

Even though Clinton has a big early lead in national polls of Democrats, "there is far more anti-Hillary sentiment in the Democratic Party than the pollsters understand,” said Larry Sabato, director of the University of Virginia’s Center for Politics, who added that in the race for the Democratic nomination, Clinton "is ripe for plucking.”

I wouldn't really call her satanic or evil.

Unlike Bush..she doesn't have any blood on her hands. I'm sure she can get good sleep every night.

Strange... when you go to look up that poll you don't see anywhere where the polled were asked to assign names or remarks about Hillary.

Some more great news reporting from NewsMax, huh?
http://www.americanresearchgroup.com/

More evidence that the truth isn't what the Republicans want from their media.

You may want to look at those impeachment numbers while you're at that site, though.

Who said the polling company asked for comments about Hillary.

When phone polls are conducted, respondents often interject their opinions about politians...even when they are not asked.

That seems to be the case here.

Of course, you're free to believe all democrats love Hillary, would never say anything negative about her and that the article is bogus

A bogus, self-serving article is what "seems to be the case here." Leave it to NewsMax to make up the news when they need a story.

Well, I know you'd like to bring NewsMax down to the level of the AP, Reuters, NY Times, LA Times...all news services who just make it up as they go along and are so used to getting away with it that they can't seem to help themselves.

But, the readers of NewsMax trust NewsMax to a far greater degree than readers of the Times, both of them, Reuters and the AP trust them as sources of credible information.

Perhaps you noticed...they got caught again falsifying photos of staged events in the Palestinian area and in Lebanon.

If they keep it up, there will be a lot more layoffs among those lying leftist news sources than there have been in the past.

NewsMax has never reached the credibility level of any of the publications you listed. Tell me, who buys NewsMax articles to put in their publications?

Also, let me know when they print a retraction (or proof) of the article you posted, will you?

What's that? They don't do retractions based on inaccurate reporting? Some real journalistic integrity there, huh? I guess that makes them closer to a tabloid than a source of real news. Sensationalism sells I guess. Way to be gullible.

Agreed, AG. NewsMax puts their own spin on legitimate articles by adding and omitting things. I have seen that often.

I personally am not a big fan of Hillary Clinton, but see her as none of those things listed in Jwhop's post. Evil? What has she done that was so evil? Oh, she is an intelligent, hard-driving woman. I guess to some men that might be evil, witchy and all that.

I give her credit for publically forgiving her husband over his tryst with Monica Lewinsky. Forgiveness is hardly evil or satanic.

Hillary is not popular with a lot of Democrats as a presidential candidate but as a Congresswoman I think most are okay with it. I can't see any Democrat calling her any of those things. Sounds more like things a Republican neo-con would say.

I think those names apply more to Ann Coulter than Hillary Clinton.

Yeah, I don't dispute that some democrats may not care for her, but who knows what was said since the only place it's printed is NewsMax.

The Real Reason people will not vote for Billary Clinton is that she is prone to strokes...have a look for yourself!

This style of hyperbole automatically dismisses the credibility of the source.

Its like reading the cover of the "Star" or the "Weekly World News" while in line at the supermarket.

Perhaps soon NewsMax will tell us that Hillary gave birth to the Bat Boy?

But MK, if you look at the picture above, you can see that she is in labor with Batboy!
