Hehe, maybe I shouldn't have watched the second one. The idea of sending unarmed National Guard troops to defend the border is offensive as hell and borders is one subject over which W should get a boot up a... sensitive spot.

Nevertheless, it was funny too....because Carlos Mencia is funny.

I agree with you 100%. We have them out here helping to build the fence but they are not allowed to apprehend anyone. Instead, they call it back to the Border Patrol agents, that then come and arrest the illegals. They are also using the NG for transport since once they are under custody an actual agent doesn't have to transport them.

I wish Bush would get his head out of his rear when it comes to Border Control. How many times to we have to hear about hospitals closing down, cattle being slaughtered and BBQ'd (which to some doesn't mean much, but it does to that rancher) and now we have terrorists coming through. Fort Huachuca has apprehended a few but they have also found more than enough prayer rugs and copies of the Quron.

Carlos sometimes pushes the envelop, but he is funny as hell most of the time.

LMAO That was awesome! Mencia rocks!

I have a few friends that I can barely talk to anymore cause they're just incredibly negative, and consistently blame their life not being what they'd like an a variety of boogeymen - I end up feeling both sorry for them and frustrated with them because IMO we are always the architects of our own demise and misfortune, and they don't realize that by blaming everything but themselves for their problems makes them powerless to do anything about it, and that's a real quagmire to be stuck in.

I need to forward them this video maybe. LOL

Good stuff

Wow, that was hilarious!
Saw the border patrol one, also. Sorry but I really had to laugh at that one, especially at the end with the Virgen de Guadalupe bit. I've always held her in high esteem and I've never heard her included in a joke this way ... glad it wasn't too over the top, either.
