Eid Mubarak! SGA, what are you doing for Eid? We finished the Quran yesterday so it already feels like Eid today, even tho we're fasting for one more day! Im both sad and happy. Sad that Ramadan went by so fast and happy that we accomplished so much and that Eid (which literally means 'a festival of ever-recurring happiness) is finally here. Yay! IP: Logged |

Hey everyone , thanks for the eid wishes Im literally doing nothing DD, because I couldn't get the day off for work. My boss has jury duty and so I have to show up for work because someones gotta be in the office ! I Will go to the masjid tonight though (I love those little get togethers for the night before eid), and I will probably be at someones home for dinner tomorrow (Eid) coz Im invited... besides that will really get to celebrate on the weekend. What are your plans for Eid? Love SG IP: Logged |

Thanks for the Eid greetings everyone Looks like we're celebrating on Tuesday. No one sighted the moon, yet some countries and cities here even plan to have Eid tomorrow anyways based on their pre-calculations. Maybe your boss will give you Tuesday off SGA? My plans...Eid prayers in the morning and then having people over afterwards for dinner. The weekend will leave us more time to meet up with more family and friends...including babies...I'll see if I can post their pics on here for peeps to guess their signs...their such dolls. Edit...nevermind about the moon sighting. Just got word the new moon was spoted so we'll be having Eid tomorrow afterall IP: Logged |

eid and deepwali mubarak ! eid festivities in the old city here is unique , during the ramadan (or is it ramzan ? )if u visit places like -balli maran , chandni chowk , you get have different legendary mughal dishes along with all the new ones . i bought sewai last sunday ! though ofcourse , we can't make the best sewai at home . and DD , my deepwali was good , i had some old school friends at home . no crackers ! i never buy them with my money and sadly i couldn't find someone who would buy it for me . otherwise it was all good .
