In this video she states that she would NOT accept the vice presidency because she has too much work to do in Alaska.......LIAR!!!!!

She also proves how stupid she is. Shouldn't we save these resources for a true emergency, not squander them now when we still can run our economy on foreign oil?

You know why Republicans want to drill for oil? It's not to help Americans at the gas pump, it's cause the greedy oil execs are backing this and lining their pockets to push this issue. They want the money money money!!!

Millions of American's are struggling at the pump....well that's because of greedy oil companies, not cause we're not drilling.

This woman has the foresight of a mayfly....idiot I say, idiot!!!

# Palin is strongly anti-choice, opposing abortion even in the case of rape or incest.
# She supported right-wing extremist Pat Buchanan for president in 2000.
# Palin thinks creationism should be taught in public schools.

# She's doesn't think humans are the cause of climate change.
# She's solidly in line with John McCain's "Big Oil first" energy policy. She's pushed hard for more oil drilling and says renewables won't be ready for years. She also sued the Bush administration for listing polar bears as an endangered species—she was worried it would interfere with more oil drilling in Alaska.

Wow, scary scary woman.

Dare I say her beliefs are apPALINg?

Oh come on don't preach a bad girl to be good. Is this Saudi arabia police?

Liar and aqua - no way Jose. But I am keeping my fingers crossed on her BIL firing episode. That will be a great embarrasment to McCain if she is found guilty.

Umm watch the video Man-Goo, she lied.

She said she wouldn't take it, and she did.

That is the definition of a lie.

So did Biden lie when he said "Obama is not ready to be president". You are choosing facts per your convenience.

I don't think she lied. That video is from june. She has been a governor for 2 years only in Alaska. Kindda like republican rising star Bobby Jindal. Who honestly didn't wanted to run for McCain leaving behind Louisiana. Perhaps the McCainers convinced her on how she neutralises Obama.

That video was way back in June. The month she was shortlisted by McCain. The democrats knew about this back in June. And they were hoping McCain won't select her and goof up. Guess Mc Cain is smart.

Come on its politics. If ordinary humans can speak white lies, politicians speaks so many not necessarily white lies. You will not find one who doesn't.

Palin confirms daughter's pregnancy
By Steve Holland
Monday, 1 September 2008

The Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin has announced that her 17-year-old daughter is pregnant, in an announcement intended to knock down rumors by liberal bloggers that Palin faked her own pregnancy to cover up for her child.

Bristol Palin, one of Palin's five children with her husband, Todd, is about five months pregnant and is going to keep the child and marry the father, the Palins said in a statement released by the campaign of Republican presidential candidate John McCain.

Bristol Palin made the decision on her own to keep the baby, McCain aides said.

STUNNING RUMOR: MCCAIN’S VP CHOICE MAY HAVE HID DAUGHTER’S PREGNANCY … CLAIMED THE BABY AS HER OWN!!!!!!

August 30, 2008. The presidential campaign has just turned into a soap opera. MediaTakeOut.com is hearing rumors that John McCain’s VP pick, Sarah Palin , may have a scandal in her past. Word is coming from MTO readers in Alaska (yeah, we got readers in Alaska) and from a bunch of left-wing bloggers that McCain’s VP may have hid her daughter’s pregnancy. And that the child which she claims is hers, might actually be her daughter’s.

More here: http://sarahpalinblog.w ordpress.com/2008/08/30/stunning-rumor-mccains-vp-choice-may-have-hid-daughters-pregnancy-%e2%80%a6-claimed-the-baby-as-her-own/

Astrologer Anne Ortelee on Palin's chart:

Mundane: I love it when I am wrong! I was quite worried about Bill Clinton’s convention speech last week with the difficult aspects in the sky. But he done good! As my friend Mary wrote: BIG BILL ~ WOW It was great to see Bill Clinton come from his big Leo heart and his big Libra brain and not the petty sh!t we are all so capable of! I find it inspiring when anyone triumphs over their lower self and takes the high ground I was so happy for him and for us!

Hillary preceded and amplified Bill’s speech with her bold and gallant proclamation gesture from the convention floor, dispensing with the counting of the ballots as Mercury squared Pluto.

And we have a new female contender in the Presidential Ring, Sarah Palin (February 11, 1964, 8:24 am [Anne guess], Sandpoint, Idaho), the Governor of Alaska. Unfortunately, Sarah fits better, than any other candidate thus far, into the requirements I’ve been watching for ~ a mix of Aquarian, Capricorn and Virgo energy. My brother lived in Alaska for many years. He wrote “she revoked gay benefits for employees of the state that had been in effect for many years prior to her governorship. She wants drilling in ANWR and is anti-native. Native ownership of land is a large issue in the state of Alaska as only the Federal government has more land and control. My personal fear, if she makes it in, is how it will it affect the native corporations and rights of native people who live over the oil fields.”

She’s against choice, even in the case of rape and incest. We have up to three Supreme Court appointments on the line for the next President with Roe versus Wade resting on a single vote. Energetically, her chart reminds me of Dolores Umbridge in the Harry Potter series. (I always try to imagine character’s charts when I read books). Dolores Umbridge was the woman who enforced the Muggle Registration at the Ministry of Magic and who wrote on Harry’s knuckles with a magic pen that made him bleed. She’s more Dick Cheney than Dick Cheney ever thought of being! That Mars/ Saturn/ Sun conjunction aspect in Aquarius ruling her Aries planets makes her a fearsome, strong, bold, brave and feral competitor. Her nickname was “Sarah Barracuda” when she played basketball in high school. With Mercury in Aquarius, she’s no dummy. And her Capricorn Moon makes her fearless, a worker, very fertile (5 children and counting) as well as very conservative or cautious in her outlook. Cold. Cold. Cold.

Her entire chart answers back to the Uranus/ Pluto conjunction in Virgo. The Aquarian planets, Sun, Mars, Saturn directly report to it. The Capricorn Moon and Midheaven go back to Saturn in Aquarius. The Aries Ascendant, Venus and Jupiter answer to the Aquarian Saturn. The Nodes answer to the Capricorn Moon and Aquarian Saturn respectively. Neptune in Scorpio answers to Mars in Aquarius. Cold. Cold. Cold.

Sarah does have transiting Saturn coming to her Pluto at 15 Virgo mid-September so if McCain didn’t vet her properly, something might arise then to sink her candidacy and remove her from the ticket. But I am probably being a starry eyed astrologer, grasping at Saturn as a solution to my problem with her and the fact that her chart fits what I‘ve been waiting for as a candidate. In my quick research, she seems to have a tendency to fire folks who don’t agree with her and appoint people who DO agree with her. Cold. Cold. Cold. She even fired the guy who wouldn’t fire her soon to be ex-brother-in-law. Guess her sister didn’t need any child support payments.

It is always helpful to look at the aspects in the sky around the time of birth to see what energy the person incarnated under. From the internet: In the spring of 1963, President John F. Kennedy submitted a draft civil rights bill to Congress. While the Senate Judiciary Committee delayed in acting on the measure, the House moved ahead, finally passing the bill in February 1964, less than three months after the assassination of the president. Even though the Senate eventually managed to bypass the conservative Judiciary Committee by placing the bill directly on the calendar for action, intransigent southern senators, primarily Democrats, were determined to filibuster. Under a provision designed to protect the rights of the minority, the Senate, unlike the House, allows a determined group of senators to block legislation by carrying on extended debate. In 1964, the Senate's cloture rule required the votes of sixty-seven senators to close off debate and bring a measure to a vote. The support of a substantial number of Republicans was essential in order to achieve such a "supermajority" on the civil rights bill. Representative Martha Griffiths address got civil rights protection for women added to the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

Additionally, the Beatles played on Ed Sullivan. Remember the screaming, crying, wailing girls ~ fainting and going absolutely crazy? My sister was lying on our living room floor screaming and kicking her feet while watching the television! The Winter Olympics were taking place. And Sonny Liston fought Cassius Clay ~ Sonny lost, reinvigorating Cassius Clay’s fight career ~ we know him now as Muhammad Ali. Like I said, Sarah Palin, born in February, will be a fearsome competitor (Olympics), with the ability to inspire mania in people (like the Beatles did), take a stand as a reformer (pass the 1964 Civil Rights bill) and reinvigorate a fighter‘s career (Sonny versus Cassius Clay). I am NOT happy that she is on the ticket.

From: http://www.astroanne.com/

From Time/CNN interview:

"The planks in our party's platform — they're sound, they are solid. They are the right agenda for America. I know the Republican platform is right for my state in Alaska because the planks we can stand solidly on are respect for equality and respect for life and an acknowledgment that it is individual Americans and American families who can make better decisions for ourselves than government can ever make for us. So individual freedom and independence is extremely important to me and that's why I'm a Republican, and there are planks in our platform that reflect that."

Hmmmm, that (bolded by me) statement jives so well with her anti-choice views.....

These rumors may not be true, but they do make me wonder about Governor Palin's veracity.....

From: http://www.dailykos.com/story/2008/8/30/121350/137/486/580223

Sarah Palin Is NOT The Mother

Yesterday, with the news of Sarah Louise Heath Palin inexplicably being chosen as a Vice-Presidential nominee, the attentive American public was also introduced to her character. Unfortunately for all of us, it was filled with multiple instances of backtracking and outright lies. While Alaskans had been giving her an 80% approval rating, recently 87% of Alaskans polled on the subject of TrooperGate believed she was lying.

The story begins on March 6th, when Sarah decided to come forward and announce to the world that she was pregnant, a monumental occasion for an acting Governor. Republican Governor Jane Maria Swift of Massachusetts was the first sitting Governor in United States history to give birth in office just seven years before, and now here we were once again. Yet, no one could believe the news:

JUNEAU -- Gov. Sarah Palin shocked and awed just about everybody around the Capitol on Wednesday when she announced she's expecting her fifth child.

...

Palin said she's already about seven months along, with the baby due to arrive in mid-May.

That the pregnancy is so advanced astonished all who heard the news. The governor, a runner who's always been trim, simply doesn't look pregnant.

Even close members of her staff said they only learned this week their boss was expecting.

"I thought it was becoming obvious," Palin said. "You know, clothes getting snugger and snugger."

But people just couldn't believe the news.

"Really? No!" said Bethel state Rep. Mary Nelson, who is close to giving birth herself.

"It's wonderful. She's very well-disguised," said Senate President Lyda Green, a mother of three who has sometimes sparred with Palin politically. "When I was five months pregnant, there was absolutely no question that I was with child."

...

Palin said she's not aiming to take any time off from her job as governor, assuming all goes well with the pregnancy.

...

With Palin riding extraordinarily high popularity ratings, pundits have mentioned her as a potential vice presidential candidate. But she said Wednesday night she's "not pursuing or perpetuating it," adding, "I have no desire to leave my job at all as governor."

...

She's known as a fashion plate, but said she hasn't been dressing differently to cover her barely perceptible bulge.
Funny quote on her having no desire for the Vice-Presidency aside, the article is direly clear. No one knew she was pregnant, not even her own staff. Quite a feat. Why the secrecy? Sarah has never given an answer, and upon further reading, no one has bothered to ask.

Seven months into a pregnancy, and no one noticed.

Even Harry Houdini would be impressed.

I can now say with authority that you're a liar BlueRoamer.

What Palin said on the Glenn Beck show is that if "she were asked today to join the McCain ticket she would say no".

She wasn't asked on that day...in the past and didn't know until a few days before it was announced that she was McCain's choice.

So, up yours Blue. You've got that leftist disease. The lying disease. It's possible the lying disease is also linked to idiocy...since those who tell such blatant lies don't have the intellectual horespower to know they're going to get caught in their own lies.

As for Sarah Palin firing the Commissioner. There was good cause. He was protecting a person who tased his own step son, shot a moose illegally and threatened to shoot his wife's father...who is also Sarah Palin's father.

End of the bullshiit.

"Over the years, many of the allegations against Wooten - including the fact that he Tasered Palin's sister's 10 year old son and threatened the life of Palin's father - have turned out to be true:

Grimes suspended Wooten for 10 days. He also was punished for illegally shooting a moose and using a Taser on his 10-year-old stepson. The trooper admitted to using the Taser on his stepson in a "training capacity" and said he shot a moose on his wife's tag, but didn't think the act was illegal.

...Wall's investigation did find that Wooten threatened Palin's sister, Molly McCann, with shooting her father if he hired a lawyer to represent her. Wooten denied making the statement, but Palin, McCann and Palin's son all confirmed that he did.

Wall said the act wasn't a crime because Palin's father was not present when Wooten made the statement."

Let the leftists rave on. Oh, but not just any old leftists but those at daily kos, the most far left kooks in the cosmos.

Leftist kooks "don't need no stinkin proof". To say it, makes it true...at least for the moron set.

If leftists couldn't tell lies, they'd have nothing to say at all.

Palin Smear of the Year: Baby not hers
Rick Moran

Predictably, the smear comes from Daily Kos - a diary that has since been removed due to its controversial nature.

But Ed Morrissey at Hot Air had all the nauseating details:

This popped up on a Daily Kos diary and has unfortunately been repeated by bloggers who should know better. The rumor is a weird reversal of the John Edwards story, only this time, critics refute Palin's maternity. Supposedly, so the story goes, the baby really was their eldest daughter's (currently in high school), and not hers. The proof? At six months, Palin didn't "look pregnant", and supposedly her daughter had mono and took some time off from school. That's it.

This is, simply, despicable. Babies born to teen mothers rarely have Down's Syndrome anyway, whereas the possibility for that with a mother in her 40s is about 1 in 20. Athletic women sometimes do not show until late in the pregnancy. The whole rumor rests on the notion that the state's most visible woman could carry out a fake pregnancy in front of the press while simultaneously hiding her daughter, and then pull a switcheroo - and for what possible purpose? To cover up a teen pregnancy, in this day and age? Give me a break.

Note how without any proof whatsoever, the diarist at Kos simply pulls random events out of thin air and connects them.

My friend Jazz Shaw has more, quoting from the actual Kos diary:

;...the oldest girl is rumored to have actually been the one who had the last baby, the one with Down's Syndrome. She was taken out of school the last 4 or 5 months of her mother's pregnancy.

On March 5th, 2008 Alaska's Republican Governor, Sarah Palin, announced to the media that she was 7 months pregnant with her 5th child. She is currently 44.

Palin's daughter Bristol is 16 and attends an Anchorage high school. Students who have attended class with her report that she has been out of school for months, claiming a prolonged case of mono.

Palin does not appear pregnant in any recent photographs. The announcement came as quite a shock to people who had worked closely with her, and have been quoted as saying that she did not appear pregnant whatsoever during the prior 7 months. While this is debatable, you can judge for yourself here: http://gov.state.ak.us/photos.php

Palin "doesn't appear" pregnant. "Students report" her daughter has been out of class. Palin aides "have been quoted as saying..."

How does a pregnant woman "appear" at six months? Which students "report" that her daughter was out of school? Where were the quotes? Why no link? Ditto Palin "aides have been quoted..."

This is the very definition of a smear - wild charges made with absolutely no verifiable proof.

Do you think that is going to stop the left? Not MSNBC's Rachel Maddow:

Reader johnkelley e-mails to remind me of a segment which I saw on MSNBC earlier. Rachel Maddow (yes, I know... I know) told what sounded like a completely obscure, irrelevant story about Palin giving birth to her last child. Apparently, as she noted, Palin's "water broke" while on an extended trip to Texas, but she hopped a plane back home immediately to give birth in Alaska, "so desperate was she not to have her child born in Texas." Is Maddow on to something related to the first story in this piece but not ready to take it to the airwaves?

This is one of those blog stories that will percolate a few days and then explode on to the screens and pages of the MSM. Before you know it, the left will be demanding Palin take a paternity test to "prove" the child is her own.

This, coupled with "Troopergate" - where Palin fired the Commissioner for Public Safety because he wouldn't fire a state trooper - her sister's ex-husband - for gross violations including tasering her stepson and drinking on the job - will no doubt be played to the hilt by lefty blogs and their allies on MSNBC. It remains to be seen if they get any traction out of it.

Just so everyone knows, statistically it's more likely that Palin is the mother of the Down Syndrome child as the likelihood of bearing a child with Down Syndrome increases with the age of the mother.

Well, there's a lie right there, straight from your mouth/fingers. Give me a single link to where I've posted anything from any of those entities.

That's right acoustic. Your statement is a non starter and bullshiit on display.

You're the one who attempted to justify calling Palin a liar...based on the fact she never said she would consider the VP slot.

quote:
She never said that she would even consider it....acoustic

Edit***

Yeah acoustic, everyone here knows who tells the truth here and by reason of telling the truth has more credibility and more integrity. It's not you acoustic.

I remember your quest to paint Capricorns as a sign which doesn't lie...strange, you're a Capricorn...and you were lying then.

I remember your quest to paint America as a nation killing innocent Iraqi babies...by refusing to sell Saddam Hussein Chlorine...from which he could make lethal chemical gas weapons...and he did make such weapons.

There's a long list of lies you've told here in your quest to rip America. I've detailed those lies from time to time so there's no need to take a walk back in history...not in this case.
