Obama is a damned if he does and damned if he doesn'tif he agrees to postpone, then he's following McCain's lead like a subordinate...not showing that he's a leader
if he disagrees to postpone, then he will be accused of not caring about his country as much as McCain....he will be accused of caring too much about himself in regards to his campaign.....this has already been done to him many times
it seems like Obama is constantly in damned if he does, damned if he doesn't situations
like with Hillary Clinton....if picked her as his running mate, then people would say that he's weak after all the negative attacks that Hillary has done to him...if he doesn't pick her as his running mate, then he's viewed as being disrespecting her and being sexist......the same crap when he was running against...if he's not aggressive,he's weak...if he's aggressive, then he's sexist and/or an angry black man
if Obama shows anger, he would get seen as a typical angry black man....if Obama doesn't show anger, he would be seen as being too aloof and removed from American's problems
if Obama denounces Rev. Wright, then he can get accused of being a sell-out by blacks...if Obama embraces Rev. Wright, then he gets accused of being racist by whites
damned if he does, damned if he doesn't is Obama's story
something tells me that if Obama did the same thing as McCain, he would be accused of being coward or be accused of being so arrogant to try to act President
take for instance the crap with people criticizing Obama during his European
if it was McCain doing the same things as Obama during the overseas trip, he would be seen as being a great statesman.
a black man(in Obama's case, a half black man) cannot show any pride nor confidence without being accused of being arrogant and cocky, but it's ok for white men to do that.
that's the USA with its double standards when it comes to whites and blacks
That's my black perspective.
I think that I can give my black perspective in Global Unity more often.
I think that it's about time that people with black ancestry give their views about political, global matters.
Diversity
I wish for other people with black ancestry to give their two cents too
