quote:

Those executives should be fired," Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama said at a debate with Sen. John McCain on Tuesday, referring to the retreat participants. Obama also said AIG should give the Treasury $440,000 to cover the costs of the retreat.

What if this is not part of stress relief program for the employees?

Besides his party people created this problem in the first place. That is sow the seeds of socialism. Didn't he also declare that health is a "right" of people as opposed to responsibility. Just as his party people assumed getting mortgage is a "right" of people and started this debacle.

And BTW, if he wins the next thing he will do is take away the guns of American citizens by appointing his own chief justices. The reason we have the 2nd amendment is to protect citizens against the very government that becomes corrupt and destroys the basic rights inferred by the constitution. The forefathers thought about all this.

Mannu, the government is corrupt...

and what about stress, for the rest of us..
should the U.S. provide a trip for all citizens?

Like I've said, this election is a joke..
I wouldn't pick any candidates, I'm not impressed by any...

All reasons are man made.

There is only cause-effect in the world. You reap what you sow. Every effect has to have a cause.

Capitalism -> socialism -> communism -> anarchism. It is the eternal drama of life.

Well the only change we need is to change our outlook of the world - the world is good. And the world is not an illusion. You can't pass thru a brick wall

In my Mind, I can, there are no brick walls...

we are star seeds...planets...

look at Michelangelo's Creation in the Sistine Chapel..
each time God creates something, a new soul
appears next to him, on the cloud...

as above, so below...

The Universal Laws are immutable. ...

Once I believed that when socialism came to me
It would come with rockets, bells and poetry
But with me and America it just started quietly and grew
And believe it or not
Now there's something groovy and good
Bout whatever we got
And it's getting better
Growing stronger warm and wilder
Getting better everyday, better everyday

The poor must seek the kingdom of God. "Blessed are the poor" said Jesus.
An opportune time for them

Politicians are having ego trips when they built expectations in people. They are selfish and cunning. Obama is number 4. The most materialistic number in numerology. Why can't he and others in the congress give up their limosines and sacrifise for the country?
