Last night
All of suburbia
Was settled into slumber
deepI was in between
Wake
and sleep
A robed man
Walking through the dark
Surrounded by his magic cloak
All the locks he broke
Into my house
Something he carried for me
Up the stairs he crept
It was taken from his personal PC
In heaven
As I was drifting
my troubles floated away
the vision
he started to play
I saw
My usual workplace
Bright
Without the foggy clouds
Of confused thinking
Blocking the light
I was very tall
Holding his hand
I floated high
each person I passed by
turned to look up
And I saw
In that moment
A storm broke
and I awoke
To see
That they were all angels
Who were waiting
To show their love for me
Then I went to sleep
but was able to keep
These things
as a memory
and I KNOW
they were'nt put there by me
They were put there
by the lightening man
His eyes are stars
His smile is electric
His smile blinds me
Late
when the sky's full of twinkling light
I look out of my window
I can see him creeping
through the night
he winks
he says he's busy
but he's around
sometimes I've found
his dreams in my head
He can unpick locks
and he gives people
electric shocks.
