Hey all. I saw this forum and was inspired to write this silly piece of poetry. For all the Fajitas out there - Pappy is Saturn.  Stubborn, grumpy Pappy
You don’t fool me for a minute
You like to be thought of as that ‘nasty ol’ meanie!’
That’s not the real you, now, is it?
You stuffy mule of a Pappy
I’m on to you, you know?
You just want me to be happy,
And that can’t happen till I grow So you push me about and stomp all over me
Coz you know I’ve got the pluck
To get back up and walk on by
Though you’re heavier than a truck You order your thunderclouds to come calling
Just when I’m all clean and dry
To see if I’ll dance merrily in the rain
Or stare up and yell ‘This shirt is new, you're ruining the dye!!!’ And when you see me run out and splash around happily
and jump through a puddle
I see a smile twitch at the corner of your mouth
Coz you’re proud I’m not befuddled Are you done yet? Am I kidding?!?!?!
You’ll see just how far you can go
You order a storm to sweep right in
And try to stop my flow But you don’t scare me, silly ol’ Pappy
I’ll just go on back inside
Put my feet up by the fire and wait for the storm to die........ till the Sun comes out again
(he’s got to some time, you know)
Even you can’t keep him hidden for long
The Ruler of the Zodiac will BELLOW
And rant and rage and roar and bring the heavens down
If you don’t allow him his royal right to wear his dazzling crown!
And when he’s shining bright and warm, he’s going to stick around
You think I don’t know that’s my reward for not allowing myself to drown?
YES! The secret’s out, I know that you’re the boss!
My loveable, benevolent ruler aside, it’s you who calls the shots. So Pappy, be as stubborn and as grumpy as you like
I know that you care about me
I’m wise enough to know we’re on the same side,
I promise to be the strongest I can be Are those tears of pride glinting in your eye?
I knew that would make you happy......
but don’t let me keep you any longer in Gemini 
Love ya Paps, but it’s time to party!

Thanks, Mazz. Where has Saturn been in your chart? He's been all over my Mars, Venus and Jupiter the last year, and now he's coming back to get me with the retro and all. But it's been a while since I felt the pain now, my life is getting more beautiful everyday, and I am amazed at the strength I seem to have acquired out of nowhere. I'm not scared of Saturn transits anymore, unless I've been slacking off in the areas he's coming for.

I dont know where Saturn is in my chart.I'm not educated enough in all that yet.Apart from checking a couple of years ago and looking into my having one of my Saturn returns.I really do like your poem,I think it's very good as I know how Saturn feels though and what it represents.IP: Logged |

No,how do I go about it.
I recently ventured into the commercial world of astrology to learn,never again.I'm not going to say too much more about on a site lots of people read,I'm just going to see what happens and in the future I might find a more personal way of learning,how do you join the course?IP: Logged |

That reminds me of my Grandfathers friend. He used to say all of these comments to us girls, sexist comments... anything it took to make us bite, cause yeah he knew we had the pluck, he loved the way we fought back and the come backs that just put him in his place. Unfortunately he past away after loosing the fight to cancer last year... he is surely missed by me, but fondly remembered Jax IP: Logged |

Saturn is conjunct my Venus and Jupiter in the 9th at the moment - second time round. 
I feel vaguely restricted, but for the most, I'm having a really good time! Woohoo, another month or so and it'll be over!!!
