As the crystal tears were shed
The sweetness shone on her face
The night was fair, the sea was dreamy
They shared a forbidden kiss in the moonlight
One brief moment was eternal
The sound of the tides gave them life
Lying on the sandy beach
Were the two of them young hearts burning
The stars were the witnesses to their love
Whispering hidden messages of their destiny
Speaking the ancient secrets of the doves
That flew over them like a symbol of glory
There was more upon the mystery
As she slowly vanished
The smoke in the air blinded his view
For sure, until the next rendezvous
