This rhymes. Alot. ________________Oh we belted out our own lyrics. No sheets within sight I blasted inconsistencies He forgot to shed our light So God-damned high maintenance, for such an easy chick I usually ease my love disease with a couple well placed licks I drove the point across his face when he stood there sweeping crumbs the something he was born to do was lost and he was numb I can't believe you dropped this ball we've practised it enough... The rage that you invoked was something.... I forgot I did that stuff I only asked you for your love in the only way I know I asked for reassurance in the softly lit beer-glow but you couldn't find me in your head you saw the floor- my heart was dead what more can a Leo riser ask- But for you to bask? and now I drew conclusions from your allusions and my illusions this intrusion is not a thing I'd like to do again We danced a chaotic primal beat but not the kind that moves your feet it takes your breath away in rage your heart all trapped within a cage I couldn't even move the energy to better use I only sobbed myself to sleep, while you dreamed of better women (in my mind) Even though.. you should find... she's here when you pick up the glass when I stick the apology up my ass and say I'm sorry ( you stupid man) and leave my ego where it lands IP: Logged |

Pixie.. you take my breath away! I asked about your poem earlier then realized it was probably too personal if I had to wonder about it, so forget I asked k. IP: Logged |

Here's another poem that gets stuck in my head. I love the title... it crosses my mind frequently. I had to take the opportunity today to revisit.Still love it. Last line got me again. IP: Logged |

Oh thank you! That's nice to hear.Gosh, I hated that fight. It was horrid, I had to purge it with words. Leave my ego where it lands? I left it somewhere, I'm having a hard time finding it lately.... IP: Logged |

OMG I LOVE YOU! Amazzing... I must have missed this little prize.------------------ “It’s an interesting thing. Seeing Kuan Yin relating to a flower so intently. She's not just looking at it; she's interacting with it…I’m seeing how the act of relating to a flower appears to be so simple. Yet, it takes a tremendous amount of courage to make such a “simple” act important. Now, the lotus is floating away.” IP: Logged |

Wow, this is beautiful. I love these kinds of poems with epic ending lines, and where nothing in the poem matches the title until you reach the end and say "Ohhhhhh".IP: Logged |
