 That's the best pic I've got available to me at the moment on the computer. I've got the good ones hanging on the wall in my house. Anyway, the one in the foreground, Beki, (an Aquarian china doll with red hair, fair skin, and blue eyes) will be singing a solo for The Glory of Christmas at the church I grew up at.

Carol Aspling, our Children’s Music director told me on Monday that she was “blown away” by Beki’s performance, and I just talked to the Administrative assistant for the Glories, and she offered Beki a contract. I think Beki is in 1st or 2nd grade (tops), so she's pretty young. I think this will be awesome. She's such a good natured kid. One year at Christmas her nickname for me was, "Cookie." She's always very happy and clingy in a nice way (not very demanding about it like her older Cancerian sister). I wish I had more recent pics of her. Here's her with my dad:

Awwwwww...... AG that is so sweet.....you are a darling to post this.....  Those little girls are just adorable and how proud you must be to have them as nieces.....it seems that the musical stuff runs in your family.... And your Dad looks lovely....something nice about the eyes....sparkly I think. Wish Beki good luck with her singing career....are we about to see another Tori Amos (red hair, could be) .....LOL !!! She looks just like her dad, but she is terribly cute.I fear her getting all this attention is going to do her older Cancerian sister's head in. Often Beki gets more and better attention than Tori as it is. I guess it's all for a reason in the end, though. IP: Logged |
