The loch moon snakes to Strathbeg’s lips,
shedding light across her smile;
their glowing curvature of love
is stripped by herons’ dreaming reeds.
Tonight, by silent fox’s wile,
he’ll taste that kiss after he feeds.

I'm in the middle of revisioning this draft (including the title), but I thought I'd post its current incarnation here, so you can read it and comment. I actually post most of my efforts at the http://www.everypoet.org/pffa/ under the same username, but have been inactive of late. Thanks to Venus in my sign this week, though, I'm back in the habit.
