Fragrant remnants' of sensuous art

For is not love an art in the making?

Vagrant emotions that challenge the heart

Score of this sonata dreamt while waking

The ever-tantalizing dance of want

Hands clasp, fingers entwined, nothing between

Be, just to be, reside now in this jaunt

Strands of music drift in from the canteen

Held in a gaze and caressed by the sight

Midnight trickles in and lays upon skin

Meld, with moves designed for this form of flight

Entice the senses, mystical time spin

Witch hour, shrouded in cloak of surreal

Dreamer of passionate forms of delight

Which way to thy alter of unrevealed?

Schemer, dream, while Pan plays his rustic pipe
