Look who's already in love. Yes, yes... people think you can't love anyone more than your lover until you "meet" this pure soul implanted within you. It's this untainted love... pure love from this being without an agenda other than "being" and you unselfishly desire to protect and nurture it with every ounce of your own being, with no selfish thoughts of your own other than to continue to experience the beauty and love of the being that God has given you to care for and nurture. People have said that having a child is like having your exposed and fragile heart walk around outside your body and I couldn't agree more. And you love this purity even more than you love yourself or would love your own heart walking around outside your body. And you want only to be better and better and better so that you do nothing to disrupt the purity of this being... and facing yourself and the world and the reality of existence when in this thought-space is the greatest challenge you will ever endure. It is like watching an angel fall. And realizing your weakness your powerlessness and coming to terms with their soul's choice to be human and be part of your story. It is really the most important job. IP: Logged |
