Nice pictures! Looks like a spot I could hang out in. I bet you had a lot of fun! And though i've never been to Texas, these shots make me miss the south - the southern areas i have been to.

Thanks SO much for viewing!

Been lots of places, here and there, but this place has such a special vibe...

Really, I hesitate to share, this quaint little secret we South Texans have!

But I have to...yes it is quite south, it has quite the southern vibe, but....

so spiritual, as well!

I could SO hang out there. Don't like country music much either, but I wouldn't be sober long enough for it to bother me <:

gypsee

funny, folks were drinking already (like we do here in texas ) beer when we got there around noon.

and some OLD folks too!

there is nothing for miles and miles around, suppose where the locals go to drink!

we went for a vintage/classic bike rally, so the crowd was quite mixed, not all cowboys!

I just noticed in the first pic, the guy on the left is putting his whole body into the downing of his beer!

and then of course in the second pic, the Bud Light is staring right at us.

Is this a subliminal message??? lol.

....and the white-bearded singer/songwriter, 2nd from left had his share of shiner bocks, as did the other guitar player long before i took this pic! (the one slamming the brew was a harmonica player)

the bud lite in the 2nd pic was mine, as the john lennon specs and the torn jean knee! that was inside of the place in the back of the musicians, est. 1850, general store, post office and well, obviously bar----

funny, tho they served coffee, too.

strange little place, luckenbach tx!
