As I sit here and regretfully reflect,
I look at this life from all aspects.
I wonder sometimes why I get so involved;
I ponder if our mysteries will ever be solved.
For the moment I’ve gotta let my sun heal,
And hopefully someday I will stumble and reveal
The key to unlock me and accept what I feel,
To let me swim from my midnight sea
to the serenity of teal.
