Dee, thank you. & yes, especially for a 4th house Sun. Home is most important, or feeling like you are home or have one, anyway.

I'd love to share what's going on with you in a few months. So stay posted.

Hope you are well.

Juni, i'll update you by email soon!

Alma, No new furfaces yet, but I'm thinking about getting one down the road. It will probably be another chi because you-know-who would love that, I think. Even though a part of me wants to rescue a bigger dog.

Oh and more backyard stray kitties to take care of. There are two who are brother & sister and inseperable. The other one that was a perm. resident here disappeared and I think the previous tenants had something to do with it. It's quite odd he hasnt been seen since.

While a part of me wants to get another chi for my current little bubbie. You know what I've always really wanted.....

Thinking maybe an elderly pit or one who's had babies before.

Not sure what I'm going to do just yet. I've got way too much on my plate now and a new family member will have to wait a bit.

There are a few in particular that I'm interested in. Supposedly calm and great with other dogs. Since mine is only 4 lbs and extremely dainty, i have to find the right one. Not too hyper, or who could accidentally make a wrong move and break her neck or leg, you know?

A less active dog would fit better in this home anyway as I would not be taking it jogging, hiking, or surfing on a daily basis and there will be people in and out of here alot. One that likes to walk and enjoys people and has a somewhat calm disposition would work.

I know the perfect one is out there waiting for us. We will go check some out soon.

One of the shelters here that is overflowing with "dangerous breeds" :/// has recently recieved some money and enabled them to become a "no kill" shelter. There are plenty of older dogs that would fit great with us, I think.
