of silver
fall, fray, and split
in heaps of-
shimmering flakes.

Fond memories
burrow like sea bugs
nestled in sand.

Blue hazel
tidal pools replenish
after near depletion.

Reflection
bounces from sea to sky
through strikingly beautiful
prisms of light.
