So here we are, at the end,
though I know it's just the start,
of the pain, of the hurt,
as you go and break my heart.

All those things that used to ground me,
lie shattered around on the ground all around me,

I,
open my eyes,
but I cannot see the truth
no matter how hard I try,

You,
open your mouth,
and go and speak the truth,
and watch as my world dies.

You were, never there,
When I needed you the most,
just another, lonely night,
wondering if you were a ghost.

All those nights, that you stayed
but I never felt near,
in my room, there's nothing,
that says you were ever here.

All those things that used to ground me,
lie shattered around on the ground all around me,

I,
open my eyes,
but I cannot see the truth,
no matter how hard I try.

You,
open your lips,
and go and speak the truth,
and watch as my world dies.

You take my, bitterness,
go on give another twist,
no point in, pretending,
cause I know it's what you miss.

With a smile, that's so shy,
as you pretend to hide,
Take that knife, in your eye,
drive it deep into my side.

All those things that used to ground me,
lie shattered around on the ground all around me

but I cannot see the truth,

and go and speak the truth,

Thank you, I only ever try to get what I'm feeling across in the way I write. To me, the most important thing is to for the lyrics and things I write to be emotive enough to evoke similar feelings in others.

Whenever I see that you've posted 'another' song, another poem, another Experience of Life, I love to open your work. I know in advance that I will have a quality original 'moment' and experience with You and 'who you are' and what Life impresses on your beingness and character.
