I admit that I often use some words from previous poems to create others, where those words can reach deeper, or that's what I'm looking for xD.

The bloom of the orchids is upon the springtime valley
With a pleasant wind moving up the Sunday trees
I am suddenly reminded of distant good times
Watching the lonely horizon at the distant sea
As I slowly fall asleep heading to the mindless alley
I’m flying away to somewhere, just like a dream

The moon and the stars were as blood above
My mouth’s got a taste of the dying earth
My drink was the rain, my food was the wind
All was a test to survive, for what’s worth
And she comes at me feeling the chill and gloom
Of a man left stranded for nothing but a dream

I saw the great void in your soul, and you saw mine
I saw it all every night through the lakes of time
The luminaires send many signs we couldn’t see
It was dark below the borders between you and me
The yell of love was like a whisper in the wind
I know. I was there. All like a dream

She stares upward into the dark sky and watches,
With her sad eyes, the slow dance of the infinite stars
She reflects on her errors leaving someone burned with scars
“Don’t look back the floods of pain” I said to her
“We’re guilty to fall under an uneven flame”
Just let it fly away, just like a dream

As her tears and blood are slowly turning into dust
She feels ready, to finally feel the rightful cost
The urging cleansing for some death and rebirth
And we’re both feeling somehow, the purge of the filth
As some reflections from the errors pours me deep within
It’s all for something, it’s all for an endless dream

Many times our yeans can say nothing at all,
When the grief of the soul is heavy to endure
With the masks and the ache inside we built a wall
And the loneliness kills slowly what’s meant to be pure
Don’t cover up yourself forever under the spell of doom
All above the flaming moon it’s nothing but a dream

I open up my eyes and I appeared in the city
Gray buildings and the peasants drown with their self-pity
But I’m not as cold as I was before
I know I won’t see her in my sleep anymore
She’s part of the universe, a part of the eternal stream
I guess it was for something, all within my dreams

I see now the people coming down this way
Cause we’re getting closer to start another day
There’re painters in the shoreline ready to paint the landscapes
And the singers hearing melodies with the sound of the waters
There’s nothing left for you but a collection of songs
All written in pain under the veil of dreams

Quite a moving transitional journey in your poem here. Very detailed with imagery and meaningful.

I too have used words over again from my previous poems...if a word initially feels poignant enough to adopt again - why not. As well a certain theme or mood may hover over a body or bodies of work for awhile; therefore there may be a similar mindset of words which often reappear or linger in the forefront whence creation stems.
