A black enclave of true breath, kept molding me numb, Sacred pavements of your dullness, so undetermined, so dumb, I tread this path for so long, lived in this holy abode, But realized it had no end, didn’t cease in gates of gold, Never quenched your expectation, just kept reaching to die, Had no wondrous explanation, my heart possessed your lies, Attempting to quit your will, trickling on your feet, And drive you so anxious, teaching hymns and pious and sweet, Crawling dim in dreadful light, brimming the love’s agility, Embracing the delicate night, your enlightened face visibility, Could I behold a demurest moment, making me stop your gasp, In your beauty’s holy comment, and kindled breath’s grasp, We lived and passed theses pebbles, with vision of being lost, Holding your breath so near, till my breath was frost... That's Beautiful T.Q. You know what I thought of this time? Your poem reminds me of an eastern religion (like Buddhism) and some experiences during the practice of meditation. IP: Logged |
