An Offering

Can God smell my flower,
Or should my flower ascend skywise?
I do not know.
I only know
what I can smell.
Can you see the connection?
Would you read it again, please?
It will have a different odour.

Nice poem. You should keep writing, you have heart and you try to write from there. But you have much to learn in terms of expression. But that can be learnt. Having a heart is the difficult part. Don't give up on it, ever, coz the secret is that most people don't have a heart!

Thank you FromEast. English is not my native tongue, so I guess I am a bit more limited in that sense. But thank you for reading and criticising.

Wat, thought you were an english native Aye, that surprised me.

Simple yet kind message about opening your soul.

I liked how you wrote to read your verse again, which would add a different flavour to it. Very nicely put words.

I'm laughing, Ayelet!
Of COURSE, I kept reading it over and over, like I do every time you post a piece of your work here! I have literally (in the past) spent four hours straight just pouring over your words.

There used to be a joke long ago... You are handed a piece of paper that says, 'Do you want to know how to drive an Aggie Crazy?' then the word '(over)' is written underneath the question, meaning, turn the piece of paper over to find the Answer to the Question.

And yes, on the other side, the SAME thing was written. You'd end up flipping the paper over and over. Its mission was (on purpose) to drive you crazy and hopefully make you laugh at yourself!

Sometimes there is no real answer... Just another silly question, till you stop looking anymore.

Sometimes, when you're a serious person about spiritual development (or other kinds of self-improvement), you can drive your own self crazy trying to figure everything out with your head.

So, I see God smelling God!

Life comes in cycles. We always turn over,
round and round again. The day, the week, the lifetime.
Incarnation.
We bloom, we die, we bloom.
We get the job, we don't, then we do.
We find a love, then they leave us, then can come back.

The trick is to not let it drive you nuts, like an Aggie! --- aggravation Aggie!!

This Aggie won't be driven crazy, no lady!
It is a divine act of smelling...
Mirage! Always so kind
I'll hear the songs, I will. Only later, since my cell is giving me trouble.
See ya!

Hmm!

It's about wondering how to connect with God...moving up or letting God come down...and asking a third human party for input? Seeing the desire for connection, and humility entailed, as an offering?

Thank you for reading Faith . Yes, pretty much so, sans the humility. I don't know where humility comes into the picture, but this may be something I am not aware of.

Mirage, thank you for the songs. It is as if you gave us some flowers

Thank you so much, Ayelet!

What a relief it is to be here... really. People can be soooo mean!

*need to be sad and just vent*
I'm just feeling so many HEAVY weights right now, and feel like I can't figure people out.

Gives me LESS confidence to think thoughts of being out in the world, and more like I want to shrivel retreat and enter into a tiny little shell-slit and never ever dare come out again.

(I need some people right now who can come alongside me, and say 'Hey! ~you're like me, and you're coming with US!' You've got safety here. And you're gonna start a New Life, and we KNOW you're going to enjoy what's up ahead for you. WE know the lay of the land, and you're gonna LOVE where we're going!!)

I've been away from having time in the company of real people for so long now, I'm thinking maybe I 'forgot' 'how'?...

Staying in this place has made me 'feel' physically possibly~sick now again (~guessing). just ugh! The stress of trying trying trying trying trying trying trying trying trying to get out of a place I have NEEDED to leave has worn me just out, AND I STILL have to keep trying and trying......

I guess I'm in an extra-sensitive mode again? And it doesn't help that rm lashing out for nothing is higher and more frequent again. So intimidating. Makes me feel like everything is going backwards.

I don't want to be around an ******* . ANY ******** !! right now. I need some TLC!!

Female or males.... 'equal-opportunity no-******** allowed in my life' to all y'all!! That's ~IT!!!!

(starting to laugh now...).

Sometimes I'm afraid I'll exhaust and die here.... Maybe the end of the world already happened--- or maybe, I fell asleep and I'm having a nightmare that I'm still living here. Maybe I'm just the thought-form of previous selves moving fingers, and clicking keys?

That's good!! *Okay! ~~ I Feel Better. Thanks!!

You know what, Mirage? That might be exactly what would happen. I wish you'll be able to move to a more convenient location for you, Somewhere more peaceful and close to nature. That should do it, shouldn't it? And you'll find whoever you're looking for in this life. Meanwhile, some of your best friends may be waiting to meet you around the corner. Remain open and tuned. That shell you were mentioning? I'm not sure it's the best idea. Perhaps only to rest and gather strenghs.

If you ever want to connect, say so. Anyhow, your choice of songs always uplifts the spirits!
