Unless you hide thousands of specific incarnations of said traits behind character, honesty and intelligence, it really isn't too much to ask for, I know lots of women with all three.
scones and peppermint tea on the other hand...

A lot of us have all three of those traits. General personality differences, politics, those will still factor in, though. I'm dealing with it myself, with someone. IP: Logged |

Really? Ok I am not a huge USA "fan" (nobody be offended, I dislike my own country  ) but it can't be that bad, you have a LOT of people and a LOT of awesome people, those qualities are usually present in most people too...
Even I, who is such a daft bint, can be considered intelligent for such purposes, that's how loose your criteria are lolReally, it's not location, people move, you could move, Mrs right could move... to you... maybe you need to be more specific with your criteria, maybe you need to drop them altogether?  People are intelligent when you believe in them, they are honest when they trust you, they show character when look at them with kindness... maybe you and those intelligent, honest girls with character are mutually missing each other? Maybe, maybe...
