tired of getting rejected
Over playing head games
Pretending that I am unaffectedSick of one-way fixations
Saddened by cowardly men
Wishing I could light a fire underneath
a calmly passionate precise gentleman Lonely yet never alone
Content yet lost in the search
Ready for mental connection
Affinity that will not leave me in the lurch Ready to leave the scars behind
I won’t punish anyone for another’s faults
Ecstatic to open my heart up wide
Revitalize a passion that had stalled ------------------

It sounds like a good place in your journey, the openness, the readiness for love to come alongside past disappointments. It's like you know the pains of love, but still you feel all the good it can bring, and your wish for love overcomes fear. IP: Logged |
