Hello again Proxie..

I do not know much about the Runes. What little I do know comes from the book and rune set that I bought many years ago.

I do know that like Tarot and I Ching, the Runes can give us direction and guidance when we "don't know which way to turn". I'll check the Net and see if I can find a site.. but as I always say.. take what you like, what "works" for you, and leave the rest behind... everything written about these tools is filtered through a human psyche, and thus is open to question.

I always like to refer to The Heirophant card in the Tarot deck, that tells us above all to "Listen to the Wee Small Voice Within", and know that it is the Voice of God. This is the crux of Intuition... Inner Hearing!

Bright Blessings...
A

Thanks for posting, Az -

I was just wondering, because I've read runes in the past...but, this may sound odd, I haven't for a while because they/I were/was always (alwaysalwaysalways) right, even (especially) when I didn't wish the answer given to be so.
A few lexis on my name indicated something re: them, though, so I'm halfway considering jumping back in.

Peace,
Corri

i have ralph blum's "the book of runes - 10th anniversary edition". the only one i have, bought a few years back. . its spiritual slant has made it the subject of criticism from some quarters. don't know much about the author but he wrote about runes as he experienced them intuitively...

tis a very good book. an easy read... and serene and gentle in its guidance.
