In what context are you referring to the 7th moon. I don't think I'd be any help without knowing where the reference came from.

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but in ancient times the 7th moon after the Birth of the Light was the Blessing Moon (as opposed to the Cold Moon or the Harvest Moon or the Flower Moon or the Blood Moon). It usually occurs in July, but blue moons during the year can change that. In 2003, the Blessing Moon was on Suncay, July 13.
